Purchased a car trailer online. Traveled 1000 miles to pick it up. It was damaged, missing parts, no ramps, etc... 100% misrepresentation by Steve. Asked to back out of the deal and get my money back. Steve jumped in his car and left me standing there. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from them. Complete fraud. You have been warned.

My fiancé financed a car from here not even an hour after driving off the lot the car shuts down & all the gas poured out if it. The car was impounded by the police because of a safety issue. The owner told is Monday he would fix the problem, we get there Monday he’s being very rude & tells us to call in the morning. We came all the way from Philadelphia with no way home . We called the police for him to give us straight answers. The next morning we called & he said he’s taking my fiance to court. Im so confused on why he would want to go to court when he’s in the wrong & it could be settled easily. He has a 24hr refund policy that he refuses to abide by.

Total trash, was deceived that the transmission only needed a flush and the owner made an agreement to change the fluid on the condition to buy the car. His retarded "macanic" didn't know how to even change it and this was AFTER I purchased the car. Then he offered to pay for the fluid to get changed. Turns out the WHOLE TRANSMISSION needed to be changed. 1600$ I had to already put on the car and it was supposedly worth 3000$. The owner didn't even tell me it was totaled before by a flood untill my insurance company sent me information. I hope his next car dealership doesn't happen and that this one goes out of business. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The shop on Pembroke Rd is great a long with all its employees. The one on Hanover on the other hand I do not recommend. There new car salesman sucks. We bought a car and not a day later the check engine light goes on when told by his boss to buy the part and he will be reimbursed he didn't do so he claimed he "can't find the part". We went to Autozone and they had the part. Which is not even a five minute drive away. If you chose to do business with this shop go to the shop on Pembroke Rd.
