Awesome service. They answered the phone super quickly and were eager to help. The driver that arrived worked to trouble shoot the problem before towing it to the garage and then when we figured out the problem their team worked with me to adjust the plan in a way that saved me money at the end of the day. Definitely appreciate their service and willingness to help.

I called them to have a car towed from my parents backyard that 2 other towing companies said they couldnt get and the guy came out and was able to have it towed out of the yard and did an amazing job even with it being in the 90° and very humid he did it with a smile and was so nice and respectful will definitely be calling them if I need to get rid of a car

It was a Saturday morning and my water pump was bad and the jeep was overheating. I was worried I had been pulling my camper and I need to be back in VA on Monday for work. I call King's Towing they told me to bring the jeep in that Saturday and a few hours they had me back on the road. These people was awesome! I would recommend their service. Friendly, Great customer service, fair prices.

Came here initially for a battery change and or swap, which I did accomplish today, on behalf of the Technician there, Tom, Kelly, and the entire staff! Battery Change, was the quickest and smoothest swap, all within underneath ten minutes; just fantastic workmanship, delightful conversation, all-around greeting & friendly staff. In addition, Tom and Kentae (please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong), were able to successfully and kindly replace the battery in my key fob; alongside with mg spare key fob as well. All and all, you left me a satisfied customer and I will continue to return when I’m ever in need of your guy's services and furthermore. Much obliged to King’s Towing And Auto Repair LLC.

We needed my daughter's car towed off a mechanic's lot asap and this place came through pronto! My daughters dad wanted to put a tip on the card, but Kelly said it was unnecessary that they will do a good job and don't need the tip. When the car was received at its new location, my daughters grandfather called us and said Tom was fantastic. Also, I did not have to be on site for car to be towed since it was at the lot- even Geico and Triple A would not tow the car- And I have accounts with them because we had to be on site. Anyway with a lack of old school customer service and obvious incompetence from most businesses in today's world, King's towing is a refreshing company to deal with. This pricing is reasonable so they are not in it solely for the money, that is obvious. Other establishments could learn a lot from this business!! The only small issue was the merchant Square Pay did alert our Credit Card but this was no fault of the business.
