Hello, I am responding to a message attached to a review a friend posted about the damage the garage did to my vehicle. I do have pictures and video before & after the damage was done. But trying to get in contact with someone from the corporate office is damn near impossible the # that's listed doest even ring.... it just hangs up.... I'm really irritated by this whole situation it's been an inconvenience to and everyone else having to drop what there doing to help me. Someone needs to take responsibility for what happened. I could always call my insurance company right...... but we'll see if I get a response... I'm not happy with this at all I can't afford all the stuff that has to be done now in order for me to be able to drive it safely again.

Just helped a friend who had the worst experience here. Went in for tire rotation and had to have it towed away after they took a blowtorch, and air chisel to her rim, in a horrible attempt to remove a lugnut.

Amazing men and shop. Always helpful and so kind. Every time my mother or I go we have a wonderful experience. They truly will take care of you and will do their best to help with whatever you may need. Messed my tire up today and they fixed it up for me perfect. :) will always do business with them and recommend the same for anybody else looking for friendly fast service.

John Pham and Greg and the guys are great you have such wonderful people that work for you they're trying their hardest to please their customers and they're doing a good job at it they definitely deserve arrays I've been going if he is and I won't go nowhere else I trust him with my vehicle I trust him with my family knowing that my car is properly fixed . Once again great Job on 8/26/21 very happy John and Greg are awesome always helping me and very honest guys once again always happy to go to Jack Williams John palm and Greg are awesome people always helpful and always concerned about the customers happiness they go over and Beyond

I came in to get my tire plugged after getting a nail in it, only to find out it was too thin & dry rotted to do that.
This month has been extremely hard on me financially with medical issues, school starting, etc., so I wasn’t able to get the tire I needed to replace it.
I went outside to try & think of what I could do to get the new tire.
When I came back inside I was told that my tire was paid for by a gentleman in the waiting area who wanted to remain nameless.
After I got over the shock that a complete stranger would do that for me, I wiped the tears from eyes & tried to think of how I could pay them back or at least thank them for their most generous act, so here I am, with the hope that maybe they will see this. Thank you so much! You don’t realize how much this means to me & how grateful I am! I will never forget what you’ve done & can only hope to one day be able to repay your kindness by doing the same for someone else. ? ?
