Came in to get a few things and found out they put an email that wasn’t mine for my account with other fake information. The manager Ken was handing out multiple discounts on items that shouldn’t have been discounted from the tags or that weren’t on sale. I’m not sure what is going on but the other manager Cass was also doing it. The only person that was doing there job there was this kid named Killian I think that’s how you spell it. He was so sweet but I feel so bad for him with how it is in this horrible store. Harbor freight do something to these bad apples asap!

Ken and Cassidy are amazing they told me all about signing up for the itc membership and I got a hand truck for signing up for it it’s definitely worth it! It was about a month ago so they might not have the same deal going on for it but that was a steal. I love harbor freight!!

Had to return a wood chipper, it lost a piece of the flywheel, a piece of metal went flying out of the thing and made a hole in my shed, thankfully didn't hurt anyone but when I went to return it they told me too bad, I was out of a restocking fee (20%!) Even though this thing was dangerously defective. They also did not have a machine to replace it with, I was told they might have one tomorrow but that is the best they could do. I will not be buying anymore equipment from them if that is the poor solution that they have.
