I recently had a deep tissue massage here.
My massage therapist, Craig, was attentive, knowledgeable, and skilled at addressing my pain points and preferences. The space was tranquil, and the lavender used during the massage added to my overall relaxation. After the session, I felt completely refreshed and pain free. I totally wish there were more than 5 stars! I just had the most amazing facial in my life. Christina R is super talented and knowledgeable. My skin looks and feels fantastic at 56 years old. I've actually had people ask me if I've had work done i.e. fillers, etc. Nope, Christina just knows what she is doing! You can see and feel that she is so passionate about what she does. I am counting the days until my next appointment!!!

I had a massage with Kayla K and it was the best massage I've ever had. In addition to technique, she is personable and professional. She asked me about my trouble spots and respected my wish for a quiet massage.

Just had a massage here with Kayla K. I've been getting massages for years and honestly this is the best one I've ever had! I can't recommend her enough. She was super sweet and took the time to explain stretches that would help me with the stiffness in my neck. This was also my first time at this location. The staff was so friendly. The experience was perfect from A to Z.

I am extremely disappointed with the Hand and Stone location in Bethlehem. The staff were unprofessional, uncaring, and lacked empathy. I was given an appointment on the same day and had to cancel due to a family emergency. Despite communicating this with the representative, I was told I would still have to pay a no-show fee and that they didn’t care about my situation. As a result, I canceled my membership and will not be returning. This location needs a new policy for same-day cancellations. The customer service is terrible.

My first time in a place like this, I booked a couples massage with my wife for her birthday. I didn't know what to expect but hoping it was going to be relaxing and therapeutic. Man was it ever. I forget the names of the professionals that took care of both of us, but I had a wonderful lady with short blonde hair and glasses with tattoos and my wife had a lovely lady with long dark hair. They were so polite, responsive to detail with knots they found I voiced about and were so remarkable. We're definitely going back and hopefully either one will be available. They made us so comfortable not just with massaging but as customers that felt like they were welcoming friends. Top Knotch Duo.

I had a wonderful experience here today! It was my first professional massage. Maya was my massage therapist. I will definitely request her again. She was phenomenal! Perfect amount of pressure and the experience was so so relaxing. I almost fell asleep. You can tell she cares about your holistic self. Ask for Maya if you go for a massage!

Extremely disappointed with Hand and Stone. The website states a couple massage for 1 hour is $79.95. It does not state anywhere that it is a members only price. When my massage ended they informed me the price would be $139.95 per person afterwards. After showing them the price online they stated they were sorry and it was a misunderstanding. After this experience I would not recommend to anyone I know nor trust any of their prices. The massage was less than 50 minutes as well. Scam and a waste of money. Healing hands offers a better massage and more appropriate prices.

Had a couples massage. Wasn’t pleased. The person who did my massage focused too much on “pressure points” and didn’t really give me a massage. Just pressed on random spots on my body for minutes at a time. The heated bed was the best part.

I love this location! My massage therapist, Maya, is absolutely amazing. Not only that, but the rest of the stuff are welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. From check in to check out it is always such an amazing experience. I recently started adding the CBD oil upgrade to my massage and I cannot recommend it enough!! If you’re looking for some self-care this is the place to do it.

Hand and stone bethlehem is one of the best i've been to! They make booking super easy and I have never had a bad experience as a customer. They really value their customers and make it so relaxing! I have gotten a few facials here and all of the estheticians have been awesome!!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the staff was friendly and professional. I recieved great advice on what to purchase for gifts.
