Overall this was a great place for the pricing of the hotel. The staff were great. It was odd that when I checked in there were no hangers in the room but after I called it was quick that someone brought me some. Good location and solid hotelSafety: Good spot

This place is ok, not quite as nice as I expected.When we arrived at the front desk, there was no one there and we had to call out repeatedly for staff to come help us. The staff was polite and competent, but not exactly friendly.The room is ok…a bit dated, with some sounds from loose fixtures etc, and the walls are pretty thin…you can definitely hear tv in the adjacent rooms. The soap and shampoo are pretty poor quality.Also, there is no restaurant in the hotel, even though I was told when I called that there was one…actually, I was told there were 4 restaurants in the hotel lol. I dialed the local number of the hotel to inquire, but was clearly transferred to a general number, in a foreign country, where the person was reading things off a list of probably thousands of Hiltons. The modern world is kind of shabby these days.Overall, an ok stay, but nothing special.

Overall, this was a nice hotel without any major issues. The room was a bit dated, but still acceptable. I had booked a suite that included a kitchenette, but surprisingly there were no dishes or glasses provided, despite having a dishwasher. As a result, the kitchenette was essentially useless without any dishes or glassware.The location was great if you have pets, with plenty of green spaces nearby. However, the hotel is quite isolated, situated in the middle of nowhere. You have to drive to get to any restaurants or bars for dinner or drinks. For my next visit, I would probably choose to stay closer to downtown instead.While the hotel itself was decent, the lack of amenities in the kitchenette and the remote location were drawbacks. It could be an okay option if you don't plan on using the kitchenette and don't mind being away from the city center. But for more convenience, staying downtown would be preferable.

Good staff and great location. You don’t get room service even if you request. You pay $$$ but comeback to your room with unclean trash

Yanna made the check-in experience great. She has an awesome personality and was very accommodating when I asked to switch floors to be closer to my friends. The room was really nice. All the employees were pleasant and personable

Nice full breakfast. It's available 6-10AM everyday. Coffee & Tea available 24/7. Chris who works the front desk was very accommodating. The rooms are very clean. Full size body wash/shampoo & conditioner/lotion in the bathroom. Lovely courtyard & an indoor year round pool.Rooms: Modern, large rooms, comfortable bed. The pillows were too soft for me but, no big deal. The room smells heavenly when you walk in. I think they have an electronic air freshener in the AC/unit.

I always stay in hampton inns unfortunately they do not have fresh coffee here other than morning time. one of the things I like about hampton is they have fresh coffee all day everyday except this location. Other than that it s nice hotel

Negatives: Bed was way too soft that it made my back hurt. AC unit was next to the bed and it blew loudly at my head. Breakfast variety is very limited. They didn't even have bacon on this particular day.Positives: Pool was cozy and not too much bleach. Pool water is good temperature and not too cold (in December). My kids enjoyed it. Wegmans supermarket just across the road.Nearby activities: Wegmans nearby. Check out Bethlehem Steel Stack and the trout nursery!

Breakfast eggs and sausage were very nasty!Waffles are real good. Coffee is good.Rooms: Bathroom was falling apart! Mounding was coming off underneath the sink. Dirty underneath the sink on the floor. Door was chipped on the bottom. The room door didn’t close properly. You could see the light coming through the door at night from the hallway!! Worst Hampton inn EVER!
