Not a good place to go, men on front treat me bad and with hurry. I was looking for a price and he had no clue of the price or anyone that can help me. Don’t go here they don’t know nothing except selling tires. If you have another problem with your rim pr tire go to another place.

The wait was short and staff was friendly here. I actually felt good about the service I received until I ran it by my husband and uncle, who work on cars and have both done multiple repairs on my vehicle. The tech tried to convince us to purchase new tie rods and stated that an alignment could not be done otherwise. I later learned that this was not necessary as I proceeded to have my alignment done elsewhere without getting the tie rods. I also learned that the workers had cross threaded one of my tire bolts, making it extremely difficult to remove the tire and completely destroying the bolt. I will not be returning.

I've seen some pretty poor reviews here. I just want to say that these guys have always been nothing less than outstanding, both in the quality and value of their work, as well as in the way they interact with their customers. I won't take my car anywhere else.

This is where I take my cars all the time. The manager Charlie runs a great place and there time is very good, always honest and truthful, and really care about the customers. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs service...

This is a rip off place. Took my sons car here for an inspection. It had failed inspection the week before. We replaced the windshield wipers and the rear brakes and put on 4 new tires. Then took car here and they told us that all 4 wheels needed new rotors and new brakes. They also wanted to charge $55 to disconnect the fog lights to make them pass inspection. The fog lights were disabled in the previous inspection a year ago. Bottom line they wanted $1200 to pass inspection. Took it to another shop and it passed with no problems.

My experience here was great. Not normally a fan of chains or dealerships but received reasonable and professional service. Called in last minute for an oil change and discovered a cracked joint boot on the front left axle thing. Set up the repair paid the quoted price and drove to Alabama without missing a beat. The staff was friendly and efficient. I didn't feel pressured or confused and all steps were explained in a manner that was clear and understandable by this layperson. Nice and respectful too - I really love a good customer service experience and recommend this location in particular. And it was Eric Brown I dealt with at the beginning and end and all the tedious details

Quick great service! I called around 7:30 this morning and they were very friendly and efficient and let me drop the car off when I wanted...it was ready within a couple hours (I told them no rush because I work next door) best part was it was FREE because of some policy that I can't remember but that was awesome ! Especially when I'm assuming it would be over a hundred...Y'all made my day!

Nice local guys. They're honest and have on several occasions told me I didn't need a repair, or made a minor repair and did not charge me. Quick turnaround on most service and if a repair requires a special shop, they will defer rather than try to fix it and making it worse.

First let me say that I don't trust most mechanics. Now, I had a totally different experience at this Goodyear location. Not only did I get great honest service, but I observed the the sales rep, Eric Brown, help two customers who were in front of me with the same great service. He told them what they needed only after them telling him what was going on with their car. He gave them options and let them choose what they needed. I did not feel pressured to buy anything that I did not need and I was not overcharged for anything. In fact, I was given a discount on the labor because Eric Brown told me that the work would not take long to complete. Great service. I hope that my car does not need future work, but if it does, then I will take it to this shop.

Total Bait and Switch with Tires. I was out of town with Hurricane Florence approaching and knew my wife's car needed tires. I selected the tires on line, and she called to make appointment. She was TOLD ON THE PHONE, that the tire and the size was in stock everyday and to bring the car in next day at 10:30. Of course at the appointment they do not have the correct tires and up-sell her to unnecessary other tire that costs $60.00 more each. With the storm coming, she bought the tires. While she was there she witnessed a few other con jobs that they were pulling on other customers, with ridiculous claims about work that was "needed". One poor schmuck was being talked into spending Thousands. This shop used to be OK a couple years ago, but I suspect change in management or ownership. Either way, they have LOST THIS CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. What a bunch of sharks. Stay Away!
