I'm not a fan of this giant, its not my closest one and solely due to the fact of how crowded it gets so I avoid it. However if I'm in the area and it's weekday, during the day, it's a peaceful shopping experience. I find they have more things in stock than other giants.

This has to be the worst Giant food store location that I've been to. The restrooms are very dirty. They seem to have about half the variety of items that other Giant locations have. And unlike, every other Giant I have ever shopped at, there customer service desk closes at 8:30 PM, instead of the normal time of 10 PM, or an hour before the store normally closes. The lady at the customer service desk, who may have been a manager or assistant manager, was extremely rude, unfriendly, and kind of insulting. I certainly won't be shopping here again. I'd rather drive a little further to a location that has employees who are actually helpful and courteous to their customers!

I live near this store and frequently find myself shopping at Weis in the westgate mall. The store is newer, prepared food options are better and often prices are better. Giant is good for bread, milk, wine, and packaged foods, but this store needs an updated interior and bigger prepared foods selection.

Their robot follows you like it feels you are a shoplifter. Out of a lot of items especially in pharmacy area.

They have expired food sitting on the shelf for the people to get sick. I brought here and other giants and they usually have expired stuff.
I have to throw away food and my money don’t grow on trees. It ain’t right for the customers to go through something like that and it’s inconvenient to go back the next day and bring back expired food. Giants has plenty of employees to have a mess like this in their store.

I mostly go here because it's close to my house, but there are better Giants than this one, as far as the quality and cleanliness.
