They hire security guards on the weekends and let him cover his entire face like he’s in the Taliban. It’s not for Covid, it’s a ski mask. It is meant to intimidate customers. I asked Giant why they do this and they supported him doing this. It’s extremely disrespectful to the customers because this kid doesn’t seem right and he has things on him that could potentially hurt someone. I also think the produce is over priced and not nearly as fresh as other stores… silly they rather support someone that is ashamed of his job or like I said early isn’t right in the head. It looks so uncomfortable to wear. I’ll avoid Giant as much as I can.

The staff is always kind and friendly. The inventory selection is wonderful and the prices are excellent. Today, we were surprised with this gift basket and it is just another way they have gone above and beyond to give the best customer service I have ever experienced at a grocery store.

Produce sucks, Deli doesn't listen, Staff is rude, Nothing is ever in stock. Can't wait to move and go back to the Giant in Forks!

This was my sons birthday cake, purchased here. I called to let the store know how bad it was and I got told “sometimes the icing shifts in the cooler” And that was it. Thanks Giant!

This store is clean, and most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the bakery. The pharmacy is the real reason I ever visit this store anymore. They are very polite and helpful. I need special medication for my dog and they are lovely about having it ready for me. The downside to this store, and it is a HUGE factor to me, is that their prices are now going skyhigh. In the midst of a pandemic, when people are hurting financially, the Giant has chosen to raise their prices to the point where I now longer go there for groceries. I choose Price Rite instead. Great prices, good selection of most items.

Went there last night (4/22) , haven't been there in a while but went t what used to be an entrance was now exit. Dry politely explained this is only an exit, entrance opposite side, as he's collecting carts & spraying disinfectant. Went to entrance, Giant employee standing doing nothing but telling customers where to put carts, not helping, spraying/disinfectant carts but had 2 1/2 rows of carts just sitting. This is what an Officer should be doing? Shame on you!!!

Everyone in this store is so nice and helpful. During these trying times I am thankful they are open early for seniors to shop. It helps a lot.

I find it very unprofessional that I am waiting at 10:45 am at the Deli line with 8 other customers and there are ONLY 2 workers helping people & one decided to take 10 mins to clean the slicing machines while we all stand here and watch her...... not a happy camper

Today I was shocked at the lack of management and communication with their workers. There was a clerk I overheard talking isles over to another clerk trying to get ahold of management because they had to pee for over two hours. I watched as employees and management congregated over at the flower display not caring that this person needed to go to the bathroom. This person needed to make a scene for their basic needs to be met, this is definitely a management issue and I hope the management starts practicing more empathy towards their employees so I don't see this happen again.
