Went in to pick up an internet order on 1/26, only 1 staff member, customer at the counter took 15 minutes to get their issues settled, the next customer same thing, finally it was my turn, staff would not give my purchase without an ID even though I had proof of purchase on my phone, so I waited a half hour just to be sent back to my car for ID just to wait in line a 2nd time, so over 30 minutes for something that should have taken less than 2 minutes. I have no plans to ever step foot in that store again. I'd give zero stars if I could.

If I could give zero I would I waited 45 minutes for a game and at the end I said I didn’t want it anymore I bought my other 2 games and my other item and left. Will never ever come back to this one again. Never will recommend to anyone. Only way I recommend is if it’s to stay away from this one

Employee left store during business hours. Very disappointed son. We biked here. We also called before to confirm they were open and let them know we’d be there shortly, and they didn’t bother to mention they were planning to step out.

How is it that every time I try to come here no one is there. This is the second time I stop by the store and they had a sign saying they wouldn't return until 7pm. Seriously, if you are short staffed consider going out of business already. You're other locations have terrible customer service. You are better off buying games off of Amazon.

Went to trade in a console of mine today in perfect condition, the woman behind the counter only plugged in the controller to the computer and left the power and hdmi cord unplugged and said our system is down so you’ll either have to take it to another GameStop or you can get a reduced value and we’ll mark it defective. She obviously didn’t wanna go through the work of helping me trade in a system. So I went to another GameStop in the area and the worker helped me without any problem and said it was the best console he’s ever seen in pristine condition and gave me full value. Also when I went into that first GameStop the woman was having a talk with the other employee saying you can’t curse at the customers and he rolled his eyes saying I wish I could yell at customers. The Linden Street GameStop has completely lost my business and I hope she loses her job and the store closes…………..

This place is just awful. I went in before Christmas looking for a Nintendo Switch for my son. The employee had little to no info to offer (she may have been new so possibly not her fault) and kept going to the back to ask someone else questions. Finally the other employee(possibly the manager) came out acting extremely annoyed that I needed assistance. He gave me a brief answer and quickly went into the back again. If it wasn’t so close to Christmas I absolutely would have went elsewhere. I bought a refurbished console, game and screen protector for my 6 year old for Christmas. The console didn’t work and the screen protector was for Switch lite so it didn’t fit. Now I have to return/exchange it. I think I’ll save myself the hassle and try another Game Stop first.

Return was refused by Miles because their register wouldnt scan the receipt that was physically in their hand. Was told return would not be accepted despite the return being valid and following gamestop return policy. Came back the next day to have the manager, Chris, put the refund through. Chris said associates dont have the power to type a reciept into the system even when the receipt is in their hand. Told him this is an inconvenience to have to come in multiple trips to get the refund from a manager, to which he replied, "you didnt have to come to this gamestop to return it, you could have went anywhere." Apparently in the world of Chris, customers frequently enjoy stopping into multiple gamestop's for a random chance to get a refund since associates cant process receipt refunds if reciept wont scan. The point unfortunately flew over Chris's head since the customers time doesn't matter. Just keep stopping in to hopefully get a refund. Wont come here again.

Just spoke to an associate on 8-12-2022 at 130 very unpleasant, with little to no information when asked. Spoke to a Lehighton representative and was able to give me details and when to check back for further assistance.

This store/company is an absolute joke. I pre-ordered an item in January, to be released in February, and never received it. I was basically told by GameStop that I could either wait it out, or ask for a refund. Supply chain issues or whatever. I decided to wait. Here it is, in April, I still don't have my item yet they are available for purchase on the website. That just doesn't make any sense to me. There's a reason GameStop is failing as a company and it's things like this. I'm done giving them my business. I'd rather shop Amazon or Best Buy and know I'm receiving my items than to be to "just hang in there and wait."
