I visited this office in March to file my taxes, but I was told that I needed to make the payment before they could be filed, which was supposed to happen in April. However, the business owner only received the payment in July. I followed up multiple times after sending the payment to ask for a receipt and the status of my taxes. Today is September 7, 2024, and despite sending the payment, I have not yet received any tax services. This lack of communication and delay in providing the services is highly unprofessional. As a first-time customer, I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will not consider returning to this tax firm. This situation is incredibly frustrating.

People please stop wasting your hard earned dollars at places like liberty tax or H&R block . I promise you will get the same professionalism and results with Princess and her staff at reasonable rates.

I have been going to these ladies at freedom financial for many years and they have always been amazing! Princess has always been the best when it comes to any of our financial needs, and will always be willing to help with any questions you have! Already filed my 2023 taxes with her this year and as always she did whatever she could to get me the most possible tax breaks and has me in and out so quick. Deserves 0 stars. Princess could not file our taxes by the deadline. She said she filed for an extension, which was a lie, as I received late filing penalties because of her. After April 15, she is impossible to get into contact with. Don't go here.

This place deserves zero, the public should stay away from this place especially filling with Princess Galarza, this lady does not know what she is doing, or even know how to file a tax, I have never had a problem with my income tax return until I fell into the trap of this office, I was introduced to this lady through a friend if not I will never enter this office to file a tax, I contacted PA for my refund just for me to know that she did a mis-file and and refused to send in amended tax form, I have been sending several emails with not response, I have never deal with a business that don’t respond to calls, texts or customers emails. She is only interested in taking customers money and not doing the right job. I advice ppl to check their tax return she prepared especially if they have problem with their refund, she might have file a wrong thing that makes ppl not to get their refund or not qualify for it. Saying this based on the mis-file she did on my own return. Only God knows how many mis-file she made on customers return. Me and my household and friends will stay clear from here. Too many errors with ppl return. With no accountability for it.

I never had a problem until I E-filed my taxes on April 11, 2022 with princess, as I’ve done for the last 5 years. We had a really personal heart to heart about my tragedy that recently happened and even a hug! Now It’s almost August and still no refund, and no response from them, after numerous calls texts emails, so I called the IRS, after being on hold for 2 1/2 hours, to find out they submitted them 4/13/22 @ 5:05pm but it was rejected immediately for an incorrect identity protection pin! I hope they pay my fees I’m responsible for now after I paid them! I’m suffering from my tragedy plus I’ll probably lose everything I have! I’m completely devastated by this!
