Horrible service. I signed for the release on Tuesday and Thursday I get a door tag while I'm home. No ring or any attempt to contact even after signing online for the release. Morons.

I cannot reach a representative without a tracking number or door tag number. My issue involves a refused shipment so I never got a door tag or tracking number so now I must drive to your location to find out if you ever returned my shipment to Chewy so I can get my refund. Inconceivable! What if Ididn't have a car? This is Very unsatisfactory and I will never use Fed Ex again for anything.
