Had my car in for yearly inspection/emmisions and a recall. As always T J Flannery and everyone in the service department did a great job. All my issues were resolved. Iam very pleased with the level of service I always receive at Faulkner. I can say i'm a very satisfied customer.

It is always a pleasure dealing with the staff at Faulkner. Jeff Yates always makes you feel important and the only customer he's dealing with. The other staff is always friendly, whether it be service or parts.
Sam Borrelli is also great to deal with. I highly recommend Faulkner Chevy to anyone and everyone.

Just picked up my 7th car from Jim B Can’t at enough great things. He makes the process so easy and has gotten me a better rate than 2 local dealers every time. He takes away the ick of car shopping!

My 2017 Volt, which was not purchased at Faulkner, broke down and would not run or charge. I had it towed to Faulkner and the service was first class. Kim called me more than I called her, which is much appreciated. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in a reasonable amount of days. Excellent service.

Salesman Jeff was extremely knowledgeable. Jeff made the process stress free with no pressure. Karen (The new car manager) worked a great deal that I couldn’t walk away from. Dan in finance made the finance end very smooth and fully explained everything. Would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family!

We had to get our Chevy Malibu in for an oil change & tire rotated ASAP. TJ and the whole team managed to get us in IMMEDIATELY and arrange for a shuttle. Time in and time out Faulkner Chevrolet goes out of their way to accommodate us. That's why my wife and I always come back.

We had been shopping around for months before we decided to come here. We worked with Jeff Yates and I would 100% recommend him to my family and friends in the market for a car. We just had a baby and were in need of a new SUV to accommodate a car seat and all of the baby necessities. Jeff understood the mission and we test drove a couple of cars. We decided on ordering the new 2024 Traverse. It was the best decision we made. The car is absolutely perfect for our little family. Jeff was with us through the entire process. When the car arrived, he let us know, gathered all of our information and we were in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. It was the most relaxed and stress-free car buying experience I have ever had (I have had a lot). Next time we are in the market, there will be no hesitation on where we will be buying from.

Everyone Joanna, Sabrina and Mike very fabulous! Very professional. Warm and friendly. Everyone explained everything and we did not feel rushed. I could not believe how much time they took to make sure we understood everything. We are glad we went there and will be using the service there.
