My family has been going here for probably a decade or two now as our primary mechanic. I’ve never had a reason to not trust them. From what I can tell, they are owned and run by family and I’ve been working with the same people for years. If you are reasonable and understanding of them, the easier it is for them to work with you. Prices seem fair and most importantly, you leave with the peace of mind knowing that you received honest and thorough advice/work. Moreover, they are willing to give you advice when it comes to maintaining a car versus finding something else and will look out for your best interest.

Frank and Kristy go out of their way to address my concerns and to please me. The F&L Tire team keeps my 20+ yrs old Infiniti on the road and in excellent shape. No hard sales, scare tactics, or any other nonsense; just good advice and service.

New to the area & my neighbor recommended this business. By far the worse service ever. I only called for an appointment & after only speaking with this business briefly I decided against having my vehicle serviced. The rudeness of this lady that answered the phone was awful. Take your business elsewhere.

This is by far not cyber bullying. Your customer service was awful. You had an instant attitude as soon as you had to stand up & do your job. I did not expect anything to be dropped for me. I was in route to NY & all you were worried about was the time you closed. You said it several times, we close at 5 pm. You my friend have several bad reviews because it is the absolute truth but have yourself a great day. Terrible customer service from the front desk woman. It took Mavis all of 2 minutes to take care of my car. You were willing to jeopardize my safety & other drivers safety for a 2 minute job. You should remove Good Year from your door if you are not willing to help in an emergency. The manager from my Good Year in Vineland NJ even told you what to do yet all you were thinking about was what time you close! My Good Year in NJ would've instantly took care of me. So sorry to interrupt you getting off at 5 pm.

We have been taking our cars there for 5 years, since we moved to Bethlehem. They are honest, competent, and fairly priced. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Got my oil changed, state inspection, and fluids topped off for a little more than $170. Super nice people. The front desk lady, Kristy I believe, is so nice and patient. This is a locally owned business which I love. Answered any questions I had and kept me updated. Will definitely go back; my family goes there, too.

Everyone is so nice, honest, and they do excellent work but I really can’t stand grease hand prints all over my interior as well as getting my hands black when I touch the steering wheel! I take good care of my car, inside and out. I get it serviced because I keep it in great running condition but I simply cannot take someone disrespecting my property by getting it dirty. I don’t know why they can’t wear gloves and use paper car mats like other places. They certainly don’t charge less than other places so the caliper of service detail should be the same too.

I like the family who runs the garage, they seem like good honest people. I have been going there for about a year and every time I get my car back, it's Al dirty inside from greasy mechanics' hands. I understand that mechanics have greasy hands from working on cars and they have to drive out the cars when they are done, BUT, it is not respectful to give back someone car in that condition with grease Marc's all over, dirty muddy shoe marks, greasy black steering wheel. I mean, c'mon...Washing hands is not only a courtesy, it's actually become a necessity today to prevent the spread of viruses and germs. I have never ever in my life been anywhere else where the mechanics returned a car to the customer in such a dirty condition. Wear gloves or wash your hands, guys. The management should require this if they care about their customers.

Been going here for over a decade. That's a long time and have had few hiccups with F&L, when I did they have made it right. I appreciate that a lot.

I like the place but the woman who answers the phone has a lot to be desired. Absolutely no personality or professionalism. She is extremely rude and unprofessional!!! As she put it “are you asking me or telling me”. And puts me on hold… who needs this type of attitude in these times…. The owner should know this….
