When a family friend ordered an arrangement for my son’s birthday, and it didn’t make it to our house bc they had to use a third party delivery service (I believe their in-house delivery was booked out); Kelly and the team did a wonderful job making it right. They went above and beyond what would be expected. The fruit was fresh and delicious; the balloons were beautiful; and the stuffed animals were a very welcome surprise to my two littles. Wonderful customer service and great quality in everything they provided! Thank you!

First time visiting this place because they sent me to pick up some products. An arrangement with balloons that were half full because they were put in the refrigerator I entered, left and finishing putting things into my vehicle, I turn around to get into my vehicle and I hear someone shouting, it was me, it was the young woman who welcomed me; I excused her that there was something else and that she forgot to give me.What would have happened if I had left quickly? ?

I never wrote a complaint before on Google reviews but there's a first for everything.I was disappointed with the employee(s) and "manager" at this location in Bethlehem, PA.I called to place an order on a Thursday. I clearly told the employer I was going to pick up my order on the same day I called. I did call twice because I was undecided whether to pick up on the day I called or Friday. So I called back the second time and decided that I'll be there on Thursday before they close (5pm) because I work until 4:30pm.First red flags were:The employer asked me:"Are you sure you'll be here at 5? So does it take you 15 minutes to get here"-Why would an employer ask a customer that?- I said "yes, I'll be there before 5pm".On my way after work, of course there was traffic, I was considerate to call them and let then know I'm on my way but no one pick up (my several calls were around 4:40pm).I get there at 4:55pm and they CLOSED!The next day I called (Friday) to let them know (around opening time, in a professional tone) to tell them I'll be picking my order up before 5 today (Friday) Brandon, I believe, the "manager" had it ready for me and when I arrived at the store, (incase they wanted to maliciously do something to my order, because you really have to becareful nowadays, people are evil LIKE BRANDON AT THIS STORE so that's why I wanted to make my complaint in person just INCASE Although I was upset, I never threatened, or yelled.This "manager" only heard me for 20 seconds of my complaint & started giving me excuses about he closed early to make deliveries. He said to GET OUT OF MY STORE, don't want to speak to me.IS THIS HOW THEY/HE RUN A BUISNESS?So as a customer, I'm not as important as the people at home waiting for their order? I drove 25 minutes to get to them before 5pm as they promise they WILL WAIT FOR ME because that is what the employer said to me but instead they closed their shop early. I thought places close AT THE TIME THEY'RE SUPPOST TO CLOSE? I wish I can close 5 minutes or MORE at MY JOB bc they closed 30 minutes before 5pm as I called them during traffic.BRANDON, the "manager" was very RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, not even well groomed, had his hair all over the place, smoked a cigarette(s) after this altercation he didn't wash his hands and obviously lack of professionalism. It's amazing how some managers can get away from this while others do have the qualifications of bein a REAL MANAGER are at the bottom. But im no where speaking for myself. I work at a law firm where I know how to be professional at my job but seems Mr. BRANDON WAS HAVING A BAD HAIR DAY.Police were involved and even though they didn't do much, I still wanted to be HEARD as a customer so the next time I can understand how they run their business. (FYI as the cop turn his back and Brandon gave me a smile to let me know he got his way, pure evil)!I wasn't asking for a refund or an apology because an apology don't mean anything but for him to hear what I had to say because I am a loyal customer! And for me to be treated like this was poorly. And all I wanted for him was to talk to his employers because obviously his employers are not even trained properly to create orders.I was told I was banned from this location but I won't be losing sleep.Headquarters were contacted and I WILL follow up because nowadays when people make complaints, they tend to let it go afterwards because it's irrelevant but something important like this, people NEED to follow up with stuff no matter how small this issue is. PEOPLES VOICES NEED TO BE HEARD. Even if starting with a Google review is a start.DO NOT come to this location if you are planning to come at 5 or at all. They WILL CLOSE THE DOORS ON YOU, they'll close at 4:30 if anything! Rude, not well groomed, unsanitary, unprofessional, not well trained people here, and obviously didn't keep their word.I am far from a "Karen"... I am a respectful pers

Nice place. Very nice owner. Got my husband some chocolate covered fruits for Father's Day. They were nicely packaged. Fruits were much bigger than expected and tasted very good. I was really pleased with my order. Will be ordering again ;)

Placed my order online for in store pickup. My order was ready an hour earlier than scheduled. Pick up was fast.Metered parking. They offer 20% off select items. Everything I ordered was as pictured, except the flowers were shown in a vase but came wrapped in cellophane. To be fair written description did not mention vase, but for $50 vase should have been included. Employee was friendly. Store is clean. Would definitely order from this location again.

Such a bad experience with this branch of Edible Arrangements. I will never order from this location again. My order was supposed to be delivered on Monday. They forgot part of the order, when I called back Tuesday they said they would deliver it that day. They did not deliver it until Wednesday. On top of that, they never apologized or offered compensation for the mistake they made.

I went into this store in a good mood looking for caramel apples and a fruit arrangement for Mother's Day. The girls working in the store, one named Kaliyah treated me so terrible they cursed at me and laughed at me because I asked for a manager. They told me the manager wouldn't bother talking to me. They laughed at me and as I was walking out the door Kaliyah yells F*** YOU! I was in complete shock and so I called the corporate office. Nobody called me back three days later. I called again and finally talked to the manager who told me she didn't believe me and her staff would never do that. Finally we agreed for the manager to listen to the audio in the store. One week later and no call back. So I called the store and asked for the manager and an associate named Brandon answered the phone and after I told him the situation he laughed at me and refused to get the manager on the phone and told me he was calling the police if I called the store asking for the manager again. I couldn't believe this was happening to me again. I reached out to corporate and asked them to get the manager to call me back and they said they got in touch with her and she would call me back that same day. Three days later and no call back. I called corporate again today and they called the store trying to reach the manager and Kaliyah answered the phone and won't even let corporate speak to the manager. I would not trust any fruit arrangement made at this location they are the most wretched group of people and I am scared to know what they do to the fruit! The worst part is that the management and the owner doesn't even care. Please don't order anything from this location it's not safe and you will be verbally attacked.

Horrible !!!!!! Rude and liars!!! I made an order to be delivered yesterday at 12.40 for same day delivery ( site said order before 3 pm will be delivered) and no delivery , at 5.30 the delivery driver called me and we agreed to be delivered today…Today since 1 o’clock I’m calling and the rude lady tells me the driver is out for delivery , at 2.27 pm another rude lady tells me “ all my deliveries are out” at 4 o’clock the previous rude lady tells me “ the driver is on his way, I asked if she can call the driver and I guess she got annoyed and put me on hold and never answered again!! Guess what people…NOTHING GOT DELIVERED!!!!

Very happy with the product and service. Ordered a Valentines package for my gf the day before V-day and it was delivered to her on time on V-day. She told me the chocolate covered strawberries were huge, covered in thick chocolate, and juicy. They did miss one balloon but there was an extra strawberry so I can't complain. Thanks to whomever made them and to the fast delivery service!

I was delivered chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day. One of the strawberries was white because it wasn’t even ripe. When I bit into a strawberry it was rotten. The store is refusing to provide any type of help, poor customer service. I will never be ordering from this company again.
