This storage sucks, they left my storage unit unlocked for 4 days and some of my things went missing. They told me it’s my fault and that since I live in Bethlehem what do I expect. They do not care. I had mice droppings on all of my stuff. My boxes were wet and my things were touched. They were very rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this storage.

The receptionist and grounds keeper were GREAT!! Super friendly and very helpful. I had many issues finding a place to store my things and they made my experience 100 times better!!

The online reservation/purchase platform got stuck in a variety of different screens during multiple attempts. The buttons just failed to move the forms forwards through the process.When I called I had great customer service and was able to get everything I needed with a knowledgeable and friendly representative.

I needed a larger space and the assistant manager, Jason, was very helpful in finding a space at another Storage Sense location. He went above and beyond. I would recommend Storage Sense, Jason in particular, to anybody in need of rental space.Keith Falko
