Great selection of items. Friendly staff. Interacted with two lovely staff members- a gentleman whistling and stocking items whose name I didn’t catch (favorite color blue, like me) and cashier Belinda, one of the friendliest and patient cashiers I’ve dealt with! Will for sure visit again!

I went into this store with my boyfriend and purchased a few things . We kindly asked if my boyfriend can’ have a $1 in change , the nice cashier apologized and said she didn’t have access to open the drawer without using cash , we weren’t gonna worry about it and just go next door for change . The cashier assisted of giving us change So she nicely asked I guess the so called manager to give us change . The manager was so rude for no reason and she had an attitude after I said thank you to her and kept giving me a dirty look the whole time I was walking out of the store . I will no longer be giving this store business . I’m not usually the type to complain but as a manger , that’s no way to treat a paying customer .

Honestly, had to wait in a seriously long line that was all the way back to the store and then when we got up to the front somebody else complained and she called the manager up to help with the line which I don’t understand why she didn’t call somebody up in the first place.. like you have to be rude and complain for a worker to call somebody for help with a long line that seems kind of stupid.

Worst costumer service ever, the cashier was very rude, just because I’m Hispanic doesn’t mean you can be rude. I was discriminated just because of my race. Don’t come here if you are Hispanic.

I want our Bethlehem community to be aware of a traumatic experience my three years old daughter had when we visited Dollar Tree store #1557 on Nazareth Pike today. We wanted to buy a birthday balloon for my daughter, and after she lost it in the middle of the store, the store salesperson came to us speaking in a loud, angry voice that all balloons must be kept in one area of the store. When I gently asked her to lower her voice, because my daughter looked scared, the salesperson started to talk even more intensely, making more demands. I could not clearly understand what she was saying because of the language barrier. We had to leave the store and my daughter was very upset on our way home. This message is a warning for all parents. Please avoid going to that store with your children unless it’s absolutely necessary. I don’t want any child to have the same experience as my daughter had today.
