Excellent experience with this CVS. They clearly know what they’re doing. The pharmacist and tech who helped me were great. They even transferred my script from out of state. Highly recommend.

RUN to Weis Pharmacy instead ! We went to CVS b/c they appeared to be the only local store that had COVID home tests in stock. I wandered around the store, stood at the pharmacy consultation counter, and no one acknowledged me. Went to front counter, asked for tests, young lady didn't seem to understand how many I wanted. Did not alert me to Medicare so I paid with debit card. She said I could submit receipts to Medicare, but you can't. She also told me to wait a week between tests, but that was wrong. Wife went back for more tests, cashier was trying to wait on 3 people (one who couldn't get some game to work for their kids). She did say wife could take the tests to the pharmacy and maybe get them free, but wife said no. I went back later for more. Scouted store for display, no one to ask. Not acknowledged at consultation counter as workers walked past. Waited on long, slow line. Asked for test, lady got them. Had me move to consultation window b/c of Medicare, had to enter all kinds of information. When done, took the tests and said I'd get them in 10 minutes. Waited with no explanation. Pharmacist approved them, then had to look at them again. Whole trip was over an hour. There were 5 people behind the counter, yet seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. Three strikes. Our preferred pharmacy for speed, accuracy, and personal treatment is Weis.

Pésimo servicio. Eran las 12:00 y el Serví Carro estaba cerrado, decido entrar a la farmacia, una fila enorme y los empleados riéndose y como si no le importara los pacientes.

Very challenging to get a drive thru covid test. Then wait for 48 hours for results. Not good you could miss the time line for early treatment. Very disappointing. ?

Your birthday card collection sucks. How do you only have two grandpa birthday cards but you have at least 6 brother in law birthday cards. Like what the hell!!!!

Our prescriptions are NEVER ready, despite giving a TEN DAY ADVANCED NOTICE. They don't know how the Rx Relief cards work because they end up trying to charge us double, so we just stopped trying. Now we have to visit EVERY SINGLE DAY to pick up partials from a month's worth script and STILL can't be provided with an answer or solution, but rather we're met with confusion and rudeness. After this last script is done (it may take the rest of the month since they're incompetent) we definitely won't be returning.

This is the worst cvs I ever shopped at.The pharmacy is very slow at filling my scripts even when the store is not crowded. There is also one cashier who will not accept my 30% off coupon, this happened twice in the last month.He always takes the coupon from me and goes to the back of the building. He is gone for about 15 minutes when he returns I am informed I cannot use this coupon. This is a 30% off on a$500 bill. I wrote a letter to cvs directly, but haven't heard back from them. When the bill was completed and I left the store I noticed that it had the wrong Extra care card number on it so that 500 dollars I spent went to someone else. ( the crooked cashier?). This is the second time this happened to me by the same cashier. Where do they find these people. How can they keep them.
