Terrible service. Sat on phone waiting for pharmacist to pick up for over 30 minutes. Called again... still no answer. Try a different pharmacy. This one is apparently understaffed or uncaring.

used this location past 5 years with zero issues. Today getting an expedited order for my son they asked me to sit for ten minutes max and they will get it. They didn't have the amoxicillin. They need to transfer the order to a new location. Okay no problem. We go to the new location 3 hours later, they never transferred the order. The only reason the order showed in process was because the new location had to request the order. When I called about this they kept telling me they sent it. But the other location confirmed they never did. Zero pride in their work. The district manager of this location should start reading these reviews and start looking into it. Too many 1 stars to be a coincidence in service

Great items to buy at a reasonable price. Customer service and Pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely a step above Walgreens,Rite Aid.

New to the area, looking for a pharmacy to use for monthly medication refills. One medication is often on back order and for a year I have had to call pharmacies to check availability. Every pharmacy that I have ever called, including several other CVS stores, has told me if they have this medication in stock or not. Today I spoke with the most incorrect and unprofessional pharmacist that I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. She stated that my prescriber would have to call to check availability. Prescribers do not have the time to do this and this is absolutely untrue, as just 3 other CVS pharmacies have advised me of their stock this week, one including the exact pill count. She completely fabricated this rule. It is not a CVS policy or a pharmacy regulation. She just clearly does not want customers. With that attitude, I would never walk in that store. CVS corporate needs to hire better, because I suspect this person is the same from other complaints from this store.

To start, do NOT go to this pharmacy. When this pharmacy initially opened, it was great. Needless to say, it has drastically fallen from grace. I had a question regarding a prescription, and I sat on hold for over two-and-a-half hours. After having no luck, I proceeded to stop on my way home. Both the drive-thru and store were completely empty. This is inexcusable. On top of that, the pharmacist (an old-gray haired lady) was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would give the pharmacy 0 stars if I could, but the CVS store itself is good.

Customer service rates the lowest I’ve seen. Pharmacy opens at 10am and closed Sundays. When the do open they are so busy you can’t get served and don’t talk to me about the COVID waiting they should have a separate line I’m going somewhere else.

Poor rating is because it is impossible to talk to a real person when you call the pharmacy. And I am not fond of the pharmacy closing at 6pm.

there’s a guy with long blond hair and has a hunch in his back who mopes around and looks clinically depressed and just looks dirty, sorry. I’m not the one to complain or leave a review, but this really surprised me. Both times I’ve been there looking for a package (UPS drop off center) and dealt with him both times in a good manner asked him about told him my name and has been ungodly unhelpful even though UPS said it was delivered there to a ashley and is reaching its max days it can be there, but still to help he has been.

I had gone here the other day , please keep in mind that here in PA , the governor has not put us back on a mask mandate , however private businesses have every right to mandate for themselves and their customers to wear mask inside their establishment . This is not about being vaccinated or not , and I have followed every ones request and requirements regarding the mask as I feel it is the consensus thing and responsible thing to do . When I was entering the store I did not bring a mask from my car with me because I saw others entering at least the outer doorways without mask (they probably put them on inside) I did not see the supper small sign with the fine print on it asking customers to wear masks , I would have happily complied , no employee could be courteous enough to correct me , yet had the nerve to belittle me and single me out and attempt to shame me saying " There's always one who ...." . That behavior and treatment from any so called health business is totally un-called for . I deserve and demand a very public apology from this very ghetto company ! I will be in touch with corporate HQ as well as the BBB and public officials if needed to receive my very public apology . PS: CVS if you want to issue a private apology it will cost you $500 US dollars , if you want to issue a very public apology , it will cost you your words , think about it .
