CVS.
Ryan consistently provides the most customer, supportive and customer, friendly assistance of any retail clerk that I have ever met. He is knowledgeable about inventory and saving options for customers and is always forthcoming with good advice at the cash register!!!!
RYAN dignifies the CVS BRAND!

If you need your prescription immediately after your provider sends it, report to the store. The physician transmitted the prescription at 2:45 PM yesterday. It was not ready until just now (11:17 AM) the day after. They apologized for being out of stock and not calling us and that the product had just come in today. This is serious business and they did not notify us. The management team member apologized. Apologies don’t improve health care outcomes.

I would give one star if I could. I always liked this CVS but after today, I will never come here again unfortunately this is the only pharmacy that I can go to, but I will choose a different CVS location. Bill The elderly pharmacist and the elderly female pharmacy technician were extremely rude. My prescription was not in their computer and they were both extremely rude in the manner they delivered that information. I asked them to check a different computer as this is not the first time this has happened to me and they refused. Bill said “i don’t know what you want me to do it’s not here.” I drove to my doctors office and made sure they sent the script over. When i returned and came inside the first thing Bill says is “It’s not here”. Then the elderly technician informed him that it WAS in the computer this time and he said nothing. No apology, nothing. Horrible customer service. I am sick and in pain and this is how they treat me? Very rude, no professionalism, but that’s seems to be how all CVS are. DO NOT come here if you can help it. CVS on liberty street is open better hours and nicer workers.

What is the point of having hours listed if they are consistently not open at 9am. When they do decide to open the lines are ridiculous and the staff are incompetent. I’ve picked up medication for my daughter and staff provides incorrect education on the medication and for the wrong medication. It’s ridiculous that they even call this place a pharmacy at this point

The Absolute worst Pharmacy in this area!!!!! Save your self a headache and go elsewhere. Waiting in long lines is an everyday occurrence. They recently after over 30 minutes told me they lost my medicine. Today I went to pick up a prescription after I received 3 messages that my medication was ready. After waiting inline ... AGAIN.... they once again could not find my prescription in the system. The Pharmacist told me it has to be filled. I told her CVS contacted me 3 times in the last two days to pick up my medication. The Pharmacist who was working on April 13 at noon is an absolute waste. Couldn't care less She said she was the
manager and the CVS system is not her problem that iI have to call corporate Do yourself a favor. Run from this CVS pharmacy

I will never shop here again. Multiple trips just to full a simple prescription because of limited hours of operation. It's bad enough they close at 7 or 8pm during the week but they also close the pharmacy in the middle of the day for "lunch break". Yes, everyone deserves a lunch break but how about a rotating schedule so as not to inconvenience your customers. Even worse, they have incorrect information regarding their hours posted on their Goog Business Page. This is amateur hour management.

I can't speak for the pharmacy, but the store is very clean and organized and staff/cashiers are always very friendly.

You really need to change your hours on your website. Now my sick father can't get his medications.

This place has ZERO customer service. Closes at 7:00. So even though I'm waiting in line, 7:01 and the drawer comes out and we are closed. I'm sorry. I ran over here tonight because I didn't need my meds. Sadly, they are all like this. These pharmacists get fake PhD's and they don't realize they're still not doctors.

Go somewhere else for your scripts. This store always has an excuse as to why prescriptions can't be filled

I have used this CVS pharmacy for years and today I changed pharmacies. I understand CVS is understaffed and I have been very patient the last few months with the staff who are there. However, I have waited over a week for a refill of my medication which has been "processing". I called today to ask if there was a problem - that I had run out of pills and I really need this to be filled, and I was told that they're "working on it".
This afternoon I called my doctor and explained the situation and the office called another pharmacy in the area. Within a few short hours my new pharmacy reached out to say that my prescription was filled and ready for pick up.
If you go to this location and are having similar problems, I would highly recommend switching pharmacies.

The Pharmacy is a disaster due to gross incompetence of the pharmacy staff. Twice now I was unable to get a rx because they input the rx incorrectly and did not order the med. When I call, they try and put the blame on me. Ie, you should've downloaded our app. You should have called, etc. The staff made the error, not me. So I am led to believe that costumers should think so low of the pharmacy at CVS that both the techs and pharmacists cannot understand things as simplistic as BID= twice a day or how to do math as simplistic as dividing a whole number by 2?Train your staff, hire competent employees, ensure they understand the concept of de-esculation (how to speak with a customer who is unhappy) not only does the staff lack the required knowledge, they also have no perception of common curtousy. I blame the corporation as a whole for allowing this to happen.
