I hate this place, the worst costumer service ever. They need to fire everyone that works there even the management. Start new with better management and employees. Teach them better costumer service.

My today experience was stressful . I call them about my key that couple have found . They asked me for id. I call them around March told the lady idk how to get there . Today was unfortunate. I told 3 different employees bout my key . I know I bought the purple key and it has my CPR training attached it and purple keychain . They act like they never had key . Tbh thank God one them actually doing her job give me key . Never again I'm coming to their store. I was very upset today they look at me if I'm sus . All I wanted is my key back . It just wrong they treated me . I'm glad I finally have it in my possession. I wouldn't recommend there store especially if u lost a key n u couldn't find it .

This is the WORST CVS pharmacy I have EVER been to. It clearly has a sign that says “drive thru” pharmacy, then when you get to the window it says “drive thru closed”..I go inside and I am 98% sure they have a cooler/freezer of medication in front of the window. Go inside and there’s a line of 6 people and people trying to cut in line. I wish I could rate this experience 0 stars for how poorly this “pharmacy” is run.

I do not ever take the time to leave a review. However this is the worst pharmacy staff I have used in my entire adult life. When I find the one ladies name I will see it through that she no longer has a job. My 10 month old child sat in the car crying in the car for over 15 minutes while this lady ignored us. She assumed I would know the drive through is closed without the CLOSED sign on window. The curtain is ALWAYS closed for everyone’s knowledge. This women’s customer service on 4/8/24 was horrendous and absolutely disgusting to a mother and child in need. I would NEVER give this place my business if I were you. I will be back to name the women who so rudely did this to us while she should be demonstrating at minimum “decent”. Which she could not even do. The store manager .spirit. did do an excellent job diffusing the situation though and atleast there is someone in that store with good standing. Regardless though besides Spirit. 0/10 HORRIBLE pharmacy. HORRIBLE PHARMACY STAFF. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I signed up for the flu shot traveled 3 miles walking with a backpack and duffle bag and briefcase and a umbrella and I was carrying so much stuff I had to walk my bicycle and I signed up for the flu shot and I get there catch a unnecessary attitude from the worker at the pharmacy saying I couldn't get a flu shot there's no one to give the flu shot because the computer doesn't know and she was rude and was treating me with disrespect for no reason what kind of excuse is the computer doesn't know it's the cvs app why would you like me schedule a appointment for a flu shot if there wasn't someone to give it what kind of lazy excuse is the computer doesn't know are you serious right now i will contact corporate and report this for wasting my time and treating me with disrespect when you waste my time you steal my life most people don't understand that time is stealing our life and you can't get that back that's so ignorant and wrong people should value time because we only get one life

This cvs is super super ghetto. Not only do they mess your prescription up all the time. Also most of the people that work there are so rude. I don’t understand how you go to check out and the person on the phone. Literally ignoring the line on the phone and then gets mad when you say something. very unprofessional. Stay clear and go to another one. They are beyond rude.I know if I’m on my phone at my job I’m either getting sent home or I’m getting a right up. And she had the nerve to get mad at me. And I was standing there for like a min before I said something. I shouldn’t be waiting at all when you’re supposed to be doing your job. She tried to say she was talking to her manager, but when I walked up, she was telling the other girl that she was still arguing. She’s just straight lied. Than she started to stare at me while I used the computer one. It’s like she wanted a problem. Excuse me miss. What were you going to do? So ghetto. Stay away!

Naya,Samia& Destiny especially made my shopping experience today pleasurable. They were patient,accommodating,and full of empathy. Unlike the service I received last mth and a few mths back with some very nasty front desk cashiers.\nHappy I came into the store today to meet Destiny and Samia who really made a difference. \nThank you ladies??
