Gave up after more than five minutes on hold as pharmacy phone was answered by someone who, difficult to believe, grunted before returning to oblivion.Guess I looked elsewhere....

Cvs is my go to place for all essential things. They also got many other items too. For the seasons and holidays. Plus they have friendly employees.

I used the CVS app to refill one of my wife's prescriptions. The month before we were in Florida on vacation so it was refilled in a CVS there. In the app this time I specifically changed the location to our regular CVS Woodlawn pharmacy in Bethlehem, PA. The app confirmed the order and said I would get a text when ready or if there was a problem. No text so I called the Woodlawn pharmacy for a status. The young woman pharmacist said they couldn't refill it because it was filled in Florida. I tried to explain the situation and ask what to do. The pharmacist kept rudely interrupting me and speaking to me in a condescending manner. It was only when I called the Florida pharmacist, who listened to me politely, that I received the info I needed to straighten out the situation. I am changing pharmacies now because I refuse to be disrespected when simply trying to make sure my wife got her meds.

I hate that they are so close and I have to go somewhere else. One of the pharmacy staff if just always rude and in a bad mood. Sje seems bothered that she has to work. Ive tried being extra nice thinking she is just dealing with rough customers but it has been every visit. If you dont like your job do something else. When I had a question on a new prescription she let out a loud sigh and said hold on! My old CVS store on another town was always a delight.

They call and message that the prescription is ready to pick up but, when you arrive they inform that the medication is out of stock. They put peoples health in jeopardy. ?

The pharmacist I spoke to today was quite unfriendly. I’ve never had any problems with the other pharmacists I spoke with when picking up prescription except this time. The thing that upset me the most was that I was asked to enroll in one of their programs which I politely declined, but stapled to my prescription was a “Thank you for enrolling in our program” note. I found it very unprofessional that she signed me up without my consent.
