A coworker was here before and thought it was decent. I should know better than to trust this guy's opinion. Then I see the higher ratings and wonder if these people are drunk. While yes the bed was soft and there were pillows. The room was far from clean adding to that the things that need repaired kinda slap you in the face. Obviously this stay was for work thru corporate lodging. So maybe that gets us the less than stellar rooms.

We went to Bethlehem to see the Bethlehem steel stacks. Fascinating place. This hotel was so comfortable. Nice big rooms. Very friendly helpful staff. Very reasonable price. We were able to walk to the stacks. We would come back.

"Well I'm staying close to Allentown" (Sung to Billy Joels Allentown) All these on the fence reviews, either people love this place or hate it? I'm from New York and just passing thru, we have world class hotels. What do I want from a hotel close to Allentown? Free breakfast! Comfort Suites Bethlehem delivered! My room was clean, the shower worked well the next day and when I woke up, I was able to grab breakfast before hitting the road. Was the room fixtures from 2023? No. The room looks a little dated but guess what? It was clean and comfortable. Comfort Suites Bethlehem, I had a nice overnight stay.

First, I want to clarify that this review should be broken in half- The staff deserves 4.5-5 stars. They are helpful, kind, and honestly trying their best. The facility, however is a dump. When we entered the property, I noticed the hallway was strewn with peppermints and fruit loops and the plastic wrapping of the peppermints. The next day some of the wrapping has been picked up (or maybe it tumbled down the hall) but the one wrapped peppermint still remained. We were put on the first floor because we had our dog with us. We get that a lot of pet owners are....not great with training and general responsibility with their pet so we take most accommodations with a grain of salt when we travel with our dog. However, the smell of the room when we entered was like....mold? sweat? Stale smoke? Even tho there are signs clearly saying this is a no-smoking property however your nose Will tell you a very different story when you're walking down the hall to your room. Everything in the room is shades of tan-brown. And your bed will have 5 pillow nibblets. I say nibblets because they are half the size of a standard pillow. You and your spouse will have to fight over the 5th nibblet so one of you gets the equivalent of a pillow and. Half. We went to a target on our 2nd day to get a pillow for each of us because these half sacks of lumpy foam crumbs weren't doing it. Our first morning we went to get some breakfast in the lobby (again-- the staff was lovely and accommodating and delightful) which was plentiful if not ice-cold. I got an omelette and a sausage patty and had to nuke it to make it at all warm. Then we came back to the room and discovered our toilet did not want to Flush. So my husband went to the front desk and alerted someone. We waited 45 minutes and nothing. Then he called the front desk and maybe 15 minutes later someone dropped off a plunger in a dirty plastic bag. I get keeping it in a plastic bag but really you couldn't at least put it in one that doesn't have brown drips on it? Anyway- they knocked on the door, opened the door, dropped off the plunger and left so I handled the problem but we left the plunger in the bathroom in case it's required for tomorrow. Also, you can see that someone at some Point put a shower cap Over the smoke detector so maybe the first floor is the defacto smoking wing but it sucks because it smells. Anyway our last day here is tomorrow and I can't wait.

Neat, clean, well managed hotel. Great location to visit the city. Fair price and basic breakfast buffet included. Rooms are very comfortable. Bathroom is a little small otherwise rooms deserve a 4.5 rating. Would likely stay here again if in the area.Nearby activities: Very close to Steel Stacks and the casino. We stayed here for a show at the casino.

My husband got some bites there. I hope it’s not bed bugs! But he got more after checking out! The room is dirty and smelly! There are also some burnt marks on the carpet.

Worst hotel with the worst reputation in Bethlehem. Coming from a local, this place is bad news. Do not stay here please, save yourself the trouble. Staff is problematic and facilities are dirty.

This hotel is clean and the staff is friendly but the overwhelming smell of weed is disgusting! It says no smoking, vaping, or Marijuana. They want to charge you if you smoke cigarettes in your room but I guess smoking weed is ok?!Rooms: CleanFood & drinks: Food was great

We got some types of bug bites after staying here. They allowed a lady to bring a poodle dog in the dining space during breakfast.
