We had one of the worst experiences ever with any company we ever dealt with. The company did not respond and communicate at all. Then, when asked for feedback, I provided specific negative critique and they thank me and indicate they are glad we were happy with the service. A total joke all the way around!

If you don't love your loved ones, hire this caregiver service. Several times my parents were with out services for 4 days in a row. They said they would have staff to fill in the hours by a certain date and it never happened. They give out a schedule and did not abide by it 100%. There were many no shows. It seems there is no communication within the staff because the left did not know what the right was doing. Don't know what planet they were calling, but they said they left msgs, but there were none. They take on too many clients and do not have the staff.
