I stopped in to take a look at a Chevy Trax as I was looking around for a smaller vehicle. I had no intention of leaving with one that day. My salesman Eric was not pushy at all and Very knowledgeable about the car. We took it for a quick spin and spoke about where I wanted my payments to be. Between Eric and the Sales Manager Travis, they made it work! I was in and out of there in an hour and a half. My best car buying experience by far!

My sales advisor, Michael Van Dyke, was a true professional from start to finish. My overall purchasing process was extended to about five months, and Michael was informative and patient every step of the way. I asked Michael to do a dealer locate, with a lot of specifics, and he was able to find the car I desired. He is a true pro and it was a pleasure dealing with him. He was informative every step of the way.

I thank Dean for taking the whole day to try and get me into a new car on the 24th after coming the night before sitting down with Anthony and Jeff and was not sure of myself to buy a new car since my car was going to be paid off by February, they both tried several ways to get me in a new car and because of the monthly payments I just couldn’t do it, I left feeling very disappointed because I didn’t think I would ever get a new car because of the high cost of inflation and being by myself paying the bills I knew what I could afford, not knowing the next day Dean called me, was very reassuring that he could get me financed for the car I wanted, I was still skeptical that nothing could be resolved wasn’t getting my hopes up. It was around 3:30 I got a phone call from Anthony as to when I could come in today (May 24) to sign the papers, I said WHAT I GOT APPROVED, Anthony replied that the car payments were going to be what I asked for. AMAZING JOB DEAN FOR GETTING ME APPROVED YOU MADE ME HAPPY BUT STILL IN A FOG BECAUSE I CANT BELIEVE IT, these salesman are the best, very welcoming. Glad I came back to get a car after 8 yrs ago. RACEWAY ROCKS. ? THANKS GUYS FOR ALL YOU DONE.

Mechanic did horrible work on my tires. Brian in service was good but I am very disappointed in service on my vehicle.
