Called for some information about some doggy food, customer service was amazing! Shauntise, and Margo were so helpful and kind and willing to assist it was refreshing to receive such good service over the phone and in person. Why would you ever go to any other pet store! My new favorite place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

‼️‼️BAD GROOMERS‼️‼️This place genuinely sucks , Don’t take your pup here if you’re looking for a good cut, the groomers are clearly unexperienced and customer service is terrible. Dropped my dog off to get a trim, I didnt clarify much just saidi wanted his hair cut shorter and out of his face. I go and pick him up and the lady grooming him didn’t cut around his ears or face and when i asked why it was because “she likes the hair long”. Also scheduled a month in advance for my appointment to get cancelled A night before. Thanks Cassidy hope that “ respiratory infection” clears up fast so you can get back to the bad cuts.

So disappointed in our last grooming visit at Charr Saucon Valley. We had been there previously with great success…not this time!Our beautiful Goldendoodle now looks like a Weimaraner…his whole body was shaved…even his tail which will take a year to grow out. All this before the holidays and the cold weather. When we picked him up we did not even recognize him. He is sad and embarrassed and is constantly licking his paws because he was burned by the razor in between his nails.Their explanation was…”he was matted” which sounds like the story they tell everyone from the reviews. He was not matted as my husband had just brushed him prior to the appointment. Needless to say, we will not be returning. They are expensive and do not listen or do what you want them to. So sad.

Our first visit - great success. Professional. Clean. Super friendly. Dog had will spa treatment and it was perfect. She was beautiful!

I took my dog there and talked to Jess for almost 20 mins of what I wanted. She assured me it would be done. Nope, came back she shaved my dog except her head. It looked so awful. It actually looked like an Afro on top of this skinny dog.Funny thing was, she had a dog before me with the EXACT same cut.I would stay away if you have a doodle

Nice smaller pet store, but surprisingly has a wide variety of pet supplies for the size. Helpful and friendly staff make this store nice to shop at.

I love this place. The store is always kept very clean and it does provide an ample selection of products that are available for purchasing.My overall experience with the Staff have always been positive and a great one.They have always been more than friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, helpful and courteous. Staff is more than willing to do research for any item that you may be in need of but is not out on any of their shelves. They are willing to place an order for it, and get it into store for you, all you have to do is ask!I recently decided to try using their Grooming Service for my dog. I am very pleased and satisfied with my overall experience within this Department and for that reason i have continued to schedule subsequent future grooming appointments.
