Joe the manager sold me a renewed device. It's defective but no rep but him or the boss can process an exchange. They have avoided me beyond the 7 day exchange. Not only that, Joe put a charger in my bag even though I did not purchase a charger. We didn't discuss any accessories. Just device purchase. However, they did charge it on a general sku in my receipt. When I went back to the store, the 2nd time, rep informed me his response was that he gave me a "bundle". I call that fraud. Don't purchase from here, and if you do, make sure they say exactly what they are charging you. Check the bag before you leave and that they don't add things to your account without asking as well.? Still no resolve.

Went into buy a new phone yesterday, and Ashley could not have been more helpful. She worked with me for over an hour to get my pictures and my contacts to transfer because my old phone was being difficult. She didn’t give up, she was very funny and personable, and she really knew what she was doing. Give that girl a raise!

The ladies behind the counter looked like they didn't want to help anyone, they didn't even get out of their chair to answer my questions and one of them finally got up only because I was making a payment and she had to take the money.

Oh my God this Boost Mobile had an employee named Ashley who helped me out so magnificently it humbled me beyond belief I had a great experience with a great employee Ashley if I could I would marry her!

I was around and decided to pay mobile but never thought that I was going to be treated like a friend. That's why I like this kind of place where they treat you with respect and cordiality. It gave confidence to come back again.

Very rude. First said they don't sell my phone any more, before even seeing what phone I had, then told me it's $166 when it is $60 on the website. Blasting music, obviously not trying to sell a phone. Went to another location and the salesman was great. Bought the same phone for $60 there. I would avoid this store like it's Corona.
