I didn’t know what the issue was but they were able to get things up and running again. I had my mower in and out within 24 hours. The labor costs are pricey, but you’re paying for their expertise. I appreciated that they cleaned off my mower and had it looking brand new as well. As someone who knows nothing about mowers, they provided me with insight and education around how to better attend to things going forward.”
“Our truck broke down in the Home Depot parking lot. We are sitting here waiting for a jumpstart watching Home Depot workers loading mulch. There are four workers actually helping people and going out of their way to help other customers and cleaning up as they load cars. I need to comment on these young guys great work ethics and customer service!! It's refreshing!! FYI, you don't see or get that at Lowe's. I'm definitely going to become a Home Depot customer from now on!”
