Mail delivery is awful!! They don’t deliver packages if there is snow on your driveway, they send them back! They could leave a note to pick up at post office if they are afraid of the snow!No more Christmas bonus for them anymore!

This box was very clearly ensured and marked fragile. They damaged over $300 worth of items that were ALL insured for their amount and they went around and around with every excuse as to why they won’t honor the insurance. Their final excuse, “they should have been double boxed” so to say, they admit that their boxes are not durable and STILL refused the insurance and proceeded to be dishonest and call us back in after they tried to keep the items to which they refused to pay for with the insurance that I PURCHASED. I shouldn’t even give this place one star. They simply don’t care and that’s all there is to it. The people that work in this facility couldn't care less about your packages, money or time. Just use UPS and be done because these people aren’t worth the hassle or the damaged items you will receive.

Great people! I work in Bethel, go there daily and they always go above and beyond to help. Even carrying packages to my vehicle. I've stopped using my own local post office and use them for my personal mailings also. Thank you!
