“I have never been more blown away by a customer service experience than I was with Hillside Towing and Transportation. I was stranded, hours away from home, after a tire blowout. My emergency roadside service had failed me, and no one had a tire to fit my vehicle. I spent the night alone, in my vehicle in a truck stop. After a very emotional call to John, after many other calls to tow companies who couldn't help me, John was a calming voice on the other end of the line who assured me that he would get me some help.
Other companies wanted to charge astronomical rates ranging from $250 - $350 to tow me a mere 10 miles to the nearest location; John was able to save the day, yet again and charge a nominal fee to get me where I needed and get me back on the road.
I could not be more relieved and thankful for this company who showed kindness and empathy in one of the worst situations I have ever had.
Thank you John, and Hillside Towing & Transportation! I would recommend to anyone traveling through the Southeast region of Pennsylvania!”

“This service station reminds me of what I picture a service station would have been like years ago. They have a cat wash, mini market, service garage and gas pumps. So far they have been friendly and helpful every time I visited. It's definitely not the most up to date looking but is kept reasonably clean”

“Have a good variety of used parts. Jeep transfer case I just put fresh fluid in and it's still running smooth and quiet for a while now, body parts are what they say and great shape, fair prices too. Highly recommend for used auto parts.”

“As I’m making my way back from New England on my way to Virginia, I get the light on in my car telling me that I have low tire pressure. I stopped to put air in and found a piece of metal in my tire. Their service station was the closest to the gas station I had stopped at. Wonderful, wonderful experience!!! Very friendly, family owned station got me in right away. Patched my tire and did not take advantage of me. Very reasonably priced…. cannot say enough good things about them. You never want to have these experiences but when you do have them and You end up with a pleasurable experience you realize life is not so bad. Thanks again Folks for the wonderful Service.”
