“Great people! I work in Bethel, go there daily and they always go above and beyond to help. Even carrying packages to my vehicle. I've stopped using my own local post office and use them for my personal mailings also. Thank you!”

“I send a lot of packages to other States, across the pond & down under to AU. Our mail always gets to the destination on time. The employees help with the least expensive but best way to send.”

“I get alot of packages delivered. While things don't always go perfectly, these guys work hard and have a ton of packages to drive around daily. The girls at the front desk are helpful, and overall friendly. Thanks ;-)”

“01/18/2022The United States Postal Office is a place of communications. Mails, packages, and very secure place. The Office I'm talking about is located in the North side of Reading in 13th St. But there is another one in 5th St and Washington St. However, I also go to the Post Office at Wyomissing in Penn Avenue. There is one more in Sinking Spring near by the McDonald's. The Post Office in 13th St Reading has many services, first able has Security to open the doors and help people with the safes. There are Camaras to take pictures for the American Passport for the Citizenship. My best regards,Proto Jimenez”

“It’s not the people working behind the desks fault your package is late. They don’t get joy out of people coming in angry at them for something they cannot control. I’ve seen reviews mad at them because of how Amazon delivered their packages (which USPS is not Amazon) and god forbid the weather be bad and cause issues. USPS let’s you track your package for free online and get updates to your phone/email so you don’t have to get mad at the desk people about them not knowing exactly where your package is because they can only see the same information you’ll see. Mail people really are not paid enough people expect them to just know everything about some randos shipment. It is not this locations fault that your package is late to get there, as they’re literally waiting for it to get there too, that’s more of a cooperate issue.”
