The people that work there are nice and it is a clean store. The reason for the 1 star is the food. I got the taco box, and let's just say they are not worth it. It would be nice if what they gave you looked like the menu picture. I would say what I got in my tacos is about a quarter of filling, and that is being generous.

Auto diesel pumps are pumping slow. Ended up overflowing because it’s pumping too slow to auto shut off. Not the first time. People tend to camp out in auto diesel lane and the people inside refuse to make an announcement to have vehicles moved. Waited 25 minutes for the only two available pumps to clear out (The other two were out of service) because the owners of the two vehicles decided to go in and eat. Sheetz needs to maintain there pumps much more often and periodically make an automatic announcement to clear the fuel lanes and park when finished instead of allowing people to block up fuel lanes. Also, the people inside won’t pick up the phone!

There is a young lady named Melissa who works there. I would like to commend her for work ethics. She is very intune with the customers. As a customer with a walker, Melissa held the door for me multiple times. She is very pleasant and helpful with the customers. Phil, who works the register, was equally helpful and should be commended, ALSO.

Love Sheetz! 88 grade gas or new Bobo drinks. They have something for everyone. Only thing I wish they would do is add gluten free options to menu. Which simply means being able to take bread away and make anything a bowl option and or put on lettuce in a bowl. I always have to peel off the hot dogs on the hot dog buns which really makes a mess when they steam up. They do such a good job with food here. It could be that much better if corporate made options for bread removal on items. Or GF rolls.

Came in to grab a drink and a snack and while checking out, asked Debbie at the register if she could enter my phone number for rewards, she instantly got an attitude. Then proceeded to act like it was a hassle since my husband asked her why, mainly because we're new in the area. Guess we won't be back very often.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread pizza at about 6 in the morning and the shift that morning were real goof-offs, just kinda stood around and loudly talked and laughed with each other...and when I finally got my pizza, they put it in the bag sideways so when I opened the box the toppings were all slid to the one side...and they also had just DOUSED it with ranch!!! And of course they forgot to put napkins in the bag! I don't have a problem with sheetz, it's just this specific location needs a bit of improvement, especially in the morning
