Dealer had my truck twice and could not find the problem. Hassler's had it fixed in less than a day. True mechanics in that shop, not just part changers. It's nice to find good shop with friendly people and reasonable rates. You have a customer for life! Thank you!

Earlier this year (2023) Hasslers did approx. $3k worth of repairs to my 6.0.. They did a great job and the final bill was actually less than their original Estimate.I happened to be in close proximity to their shop today and heard a "POP" in the engine compartment and lost most of its power. I limped it over to Hasslers. Tom immediately called out to one of his mechanics to take a look as my truck sat in the parking lot and the Young Man immediately started working on the problem. While I was in the office waiting on the repair, I asked Tom what I could do to "wake up the truck" a little bit and he suggested a SCT X4 tune. So I agreed and purchased the tune kit with the intention of installing myself at a later time. As I was watching the young man finish up the repair, Tom came out with the tune kit in his hand and installed it on the spot and made it look beyond easy.30 minutes from the time I arrived unannounced, my truck was repaired and the tune was installed, all while his bays were full of trucks and mechanics. When all was done, Tom told me the amount and I gladly paid it on the spot.It wasn't until I got home to look at the bill that I realized Tom didn't charge me a dime to do the repair or install the tune.In todays world, Its all about Customer Service, and the service I received today from Tom and his crew was Absolutely Unprecedented!I HIGHLY recommend Hasslers Diesel and they're absolutely my go-to place for any Diesel work I need in the future.BTW, What a difference the tune made....WOW!!!Great Job Guys!BruceArborMax Tree Service

I am very picky about where I take my vehicle's. If you're looking for a honest, and knowledgeable, caring place then you have to give them a call.They go above and beyond and I'm not related to them and I live 4 hours away from them. In my book these guys are the best and they know what they are doing! They treated us like family. Great job and my truck gets better fuel mileage than ever. It was worth the drive!

Just like many others before me have reviewed, Hassler Diesel just gets it right. Tom runs a great shop, and will definitely be back for anything I need with my truck. Tom was great with communication and getting me in to do an injector job for my 02 LB7. everything was done on time and the truck runs great. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and friendly. Truly 5 stars all around. These guys know what they are doing and they do it right by the customer.
