harassed by both employees for bringing in multiple packages without a scan sheet?? the place was completely empty besides me. just scan my 6 packages without giving me a hard time.

This is a good post office for in-store service. Staff is knowledgable and friendly and the store has allot of services including passport service. Got my passport through this branch and it was hassle-free. If you gotta go to the Post Office this is the one to go to.

They give an appointment for passport application and I have been there and hand me an application and told me to fill and bring back . My point is they didn’t help me fill my application but they waisted my time by making me to make and appointment .

Nice and friendly staff. They always have enough people behind the desk to keep the lines moving. We went there to apply for a new passport for our kiddo and they made it easy. They were quick and made the process a breeze.
One thing that can use some improvement is the parking lot. It's way too congested and getting in and out is a hassle. The entry from South Park Road is a bit confusing as the "Do not Enter" signs got twisted and they cast a doubt if we are entering the wrong way. I hope they get this fixed soon.
The drive through mailbox line can sometimes get long and block the traffic in the parking lot.

They held mail from the district attorneys office here in bethel so i did not make it to court for the person who had assaulted me,so they went free and i am an elderly person. Then i got the letter after the court date was over. They held that letter for over a month.If they dont like you your mail will be seriously late or sent back:(

This place is very worst. stafff and supervisor are very rude I came here 4 times day by day to apply for US passport than also they could not help please do no visit here. They have very poor services. They will just waste your time.

Came here to get passport’s for myself and family & had the absolute pleasure of working with Donna. She is truly a gem! Such a funny & sweet woman.I thought the passport experience would be a pain in the ? from my research but it was not. We truly enjoyed ourselves and she knew her stuff WELL. Even our teenage son got a kick out of her & was all smiles the entire time.Please keep Donna around, she’s a true light in a world that’s become increasingly dark since covid. We need ppl like her to continue spreading joy!!

I think giving this post office 1 star is way too much. Every person who works there was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. They clearly reach to the bottom of the barrel when employing people at the Bethel Post Office.

All the postal workers at Bethel Park are courteous and helpful (the occasional odd sense of humor, but that’s fine!) Even when there are a lot if customers, the line moves well. Actually, I don’t know how they maintain such calm and professionalism when some of the members of the general public are just the opposite!
