Seth is always such a delight to work with! I prefer driving the extra 15 minutes to this store because I know he will be friendly and helpful!! Same goes for their other employees- I just don’t know them by name yet :).

Jay was fantastic!! He was extremely helpful, organized, full of great tips and treated me like he would've treated his mother or grandmother. A totally respectful man with the patience that not too many people have. Trust me he needed to be patient. I walked in w at least 30-40 Amazon items to be returned. I got there at 6:20 PM and they close at seven. God bless him.

Just went in on a Friday and i was told because its the “weekend” for cheapest option to ship is $54
NEVER have i experienced that, on top of the person who attempted to handle what i was doing was not helpful in the sense of knowing what i wanted
I ship ALL the time from this location and i rushed to make it before close to be told that! So BEYOND FRUSTRATING

Mason at this store was amazing! I had 7 different Amazon purchases that needed to go back and they helped me tape everything up and get them shipped. Great store, been here several times and they are always helpful.

This UPS store location is my favorite!. I travel further just to do my service here. The young gentleman helped me with a dolly and took my package back for me. It's good to see sweet young men be polite and chivalrous. I wish I would've gotten their names. I was there around 130p-2p. Keep up the fabulous work!
