“I've rented from here numerous times and this location is wonderful. The equipment is well cared for and they have a pretty large fleet as well as a good selection of in-store supplies for last minute needs, ie boxes, straps, mattress bags, etc. The manager and employees are very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to Rt 51 and Rt 88, but hidden in a neighborhood so your vehicle isn't out in the open. I will definitely continue to use this location. Highly recommend.”

“The Auto House was great with me. Top notch service and staff. Karen took the time and put forth effort to make the customer was happy. Long story short- I took my new blower (used one time) to another authorized dealer for repair. The first dealer was very disorganized and didn’t ultimately fix the problem. After that I gave up and by luck found the Auto House via calling around. Karen looked up the service history and talked to the Arians corporate rep before I brought the machine in. They fixed it no issues. When went to pick it up they went over the entire machine with me. But what’s ironic is I think the Auto House primarily focuses bigger equipment- see their show room. Thank you to everyone at the auto house for helping me. This equipment is not cheap and it’s reassuring to have someone close who is capable of servicing a dealer sold machine.”
“This U Haul is a main office, is well stocked and staffed but the staff is not taking care of the customers or trucks. Here is my experience:
Truck had problems in not being able to start because the key was stuck and would not rotate. Had to call and wait for help. I kept trying and finally after wiggling it many times it started. This was repeated several times! Very frustrating!
Secondly I had reserved pads but they were not in the truck. On checking out when I returned the truck that evening, I was charged $15 - had to wait for a manager to show up for the refund.
Seems the staff is not trained or does not pay attention to taking care of business.”
“The woman I spoke to today was SOO HELPFUL. Whereas every other place I called was real short with me. This woman went above an beyond to help me find a last minute truck. She was stellar and professional. She literally helped me find a truck better than the internet options I had on online lol. She is a life saver. So we f you want good service, a kind worker and someone to help resolve your problems; THIS IS THE UHAUL store for you. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Easy access on the saw mill run road. The staff was helpful. After hours drop facility. Gas station closer to refill and drop the vehicle. Better experience overall.”

“Kudos to the staff. They are amazing. That was my first time taking the rental truck from U-haul and I was bit worried, but the representative helped me in the signing process, explained me everything and that was a very quick and easy process.At the time of returning the truck, another representative came out from the office as soon as I reached in the parking. Verify everything, gas level and other stuff, explained me the amount I owe based on my distance and within 5 mins I was all set!!Really nice experience.”

“Due to the expected snow storm, we contacted Enterprise to park our rental truck and trailer at their location. No street parking allowed when snow is predicted. They were very gracious in allowing a space to park the truck.”
