Watch out for being lied to about your service and billing. Stuck in a Two year plan high bill and help getting things fixed and an honest answer is not likely. For all the trouble be and my family have had, you would think a company at this level would compensate or have some sense of accountability to our everyday phone problems. Horrible customer care from all of this providers services.

Awful! Lady names Tyna with red hair was extremely rude. I came in at 7 pm yesterday and they close at 8. Apple needed them to simply activate my phone. She could not understand what I was saying. She was sighing the entire time and was very annoyed. She gave me lots of attitude and said I’m not sure if we will finish this before we close. I said we have an hour. She proceeded to say she can’t do anything after 7:30. She then didn’t know what to do and said well you’re out of luck. Thankfully a nice man from the back came out and fixed my phone within 10 minutes. He was very friendly! Also tyna or whatever her name is smelled like she hasn’t showered in months and keeps sneezing all over me. I would not go back to her she knows nothing and hates her job!

Zach and Mindi in Bethel Park store are fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. When we were done, we had changed service carriers, got a cheaper plan, new phones, and transferred all our data in less than an hour. Highly recommend their store

Zachary was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I left the store happy. The process may have taken longer than anticipated but I was amazed by the way he accomplished the work arounds to accommodate me the customer. Not only did he take the time with me but while he was on hold with customer service for my account he was able to accommodate another customer that had walked into the store. Zachary is the definition of customer service with a smile!

Zachary at Bethel Park T-Mobile was amazing! He was able to cut our bill in half and it only took 20 minutes. Definitely recommend him when you’re upgrading your phones!

They lied to me and told me that I could receive free phone and watch because of my payment history. There was no need to lie. I realized months later because I had an operation and was on autopay. I hate them.

If I could give a zero I would. Traded a phone in for a monthly credit and am yet to receive it. T-Mobile says they never received it.I went into the store and was told after an hour of wasting the associate time and mine I would get a call back. Never happened. AVOID THIS STORE

Joe and Joe and Zack were super helpful in fixing an error the 800 number created for me just in time for Christmas so I wouldn’t have a disappointed kid! I recommend only using this store!

I hate doing this, but went in 5 minutes before they closed in desperate need for any assistance. They were Extremely kind and helpful, when the man working wasn’t sure what was wrong with my phone he even called his manager who wasn’t on shift to help me out. I spent all day going to different t mobile stores and calling the company to help me and this was the only store to actually solve my issue. Great employees and they will do whatever they can to solve youre issue !

this is one of the best staffs running any mobile store out there. I purposely go out of my way any time I have an issue with my T-Mobile account/phone, because even if they cant immediately help you they can always get you the answer you need without sending you back and forth between other customer service lines. Rebecca and Sean were more than helpful in getting me all the information surrounding my insurance plan that I would possibly need to file a claim when I lost my phone on the side of a highway (i279) while riding my motorcycle. when I ran into more issues at home with getting my pin to verify my claim, I was able to the next morning and be in and out of the store within 15 minutes thanks to Sasha knowing exactly who to call and how to reset my pin. if you live in the south hills and need good customer service go to this store
