My mom is in her mid-eighties, and relies heavily upon her hearing aids. Recently, one of her hearing aids appeared to stop functioning. The hearing aids were a few years old. After speaking with Melissa, she suggested an attempt be made to clean and service the hearing aids. She promptly arranged an appointment. Following the service, both hearing aids performed exceptionally well. Melissa's customer service was second to none. I would highly recommend this group.

Tammy was great to work with. Had an older hearing aide that never seemed to work right. Got a second opinion and what a great experience!

Listen up musicians! Go see Tammy at the S Hills office to get molds for your IEMs. She’ll take great care of you. She gave me all the time and attention I needed to get the fit just right. When they came from the factory, the fit wasn’t quite right, but Tammy made time for me and she got the fit absolutely perfect! I would go back to Swift in a heartbeat! Melissa got me scheduled quickly and she was great to work with. I’m a big fan of Swift Audiology!

When we first visited Swift Audiology South Hills, my father had just lost one of his hearing aids. Tammy tuned his remaining onenonetheless and contacted the manufacturer to find a matchingone. When that led to a dead-end, we decided to go with a new pair. We had little clue on what to choose from. Tammy offered us trials with different models and guided us to converge to the right one.Hearing aids need lots of tuning. Over the few months, Tammy is patient in working with us and strives to achieve the best hearingresults. There was not a single day that my father was without apair. His reaction has noticeably improved. He is happy to wear them every waking hour.I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Tammy and the clinic for their outstanding service.

We were so impressed with Swift Audiology— highly recommended— the staff is highly competent as well. Tammy Swift worked with my mom and inspected her former hearing aids making sure they were still in use. She didn’t try to push a sale on her— very impressive. If you are interested in quality hearing aids, look no further— Swift is the place!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Tammy and the staff at the South Hills location. They will fit you with the hearing aids that are right for you instead of pushing a certain brand. Once fitted. They will happily make adjustments until you are as happy as I am

For the first time EVER in my 48 years of being a hearing aid wearer, I have health insurance that includes hearing aids. I did my research on audiologists in the area and thought Swift Audiology that was going to be amazing.I completed an extensive online pre-appointment survey (which included my insurance information and all of my personal health information). I received a phone call yesterday reminding of the appointment and was told that I was “all set.” This morning, I provided copies of my driver’s license and health insurance card. After a brief wait, I was escorted back into the audiologist’s testing room and informed that although my insurance covers up to $6000 for a pair of hearing aids, this audiologist (also the co-owner of the practice) is not a provider for my plan. She told me that if I use my insurance plan, I wouldn’t be purchasing aids through their practice and therefore any post-fitting appointments (for new tubing or whatever) would not be included. I was told that if I wanted to use my insurance coverage, I’d need to call my insurance provider and have them reschedule the visit with another provider in their practice. It felt like she was trying to convince me to forgo my $6k insurance coverage so I could purchase aids through her, have future visits included, and not have to return on a different day.I am mad that my time was wasted this morning. The practice knew my insurance information when I scheduled the visit last week. They also knew that I was really excited to have hearing aid coverage…we had a whole conversation over the phone about it. They should have told me before I was standing there this morning that the particular audiologist I was scheduled with wasn’t in my plan’s network. And to try to convince me to forgo my insurance coverage so I could purchase aids through their practice is mind-boggling to me. Why would I ever give up $5k (after the $1k deductible) so I could avoid future appointment copays?Clearly this audiology practice is not looking out for what’s best for me, the consumer. I wouldn’t give them my business if they were the only provider in town.I know that the majority of hearing aid consumers are older adults, many who have never purchased hearing aids before. If I had been an older (than I am) adult who might have arranged for transportation for this morning and didn’t want to be bothered with rescheduling, I might have stayed and been out $5k. If I didn’t want to disappoint the woman who others reported was amazing, I might have stayed.
