Bre, Max, Carrie, and the entire STRIDE Staff are wonderful! STRIDE is a phenomenal workout experience and truly pushes you to be your best. I look forward to class every week and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone trying to get into shape and look your best.

Staff is extremely kind, patient, helpful dealing with children that at times can be very loud and uncooperative.They also have a nice selection of hair bows.
