Deli at this store is awful they are changing all their products again. No one likes Delallo their products are awful but it seems like that’s all they are pushing now. Used to buy Walnut Creek onion cheese every week now they don’t sell that brand anymore. They better not try to get rid of Kretschmar again or I will not even bother stopping at this deli anymore. And why is ham salad $10 a pound now? Crazy

First time here. New to the area. Loved the store but the woman that helped me at the deli was awfully rude and acted as if my order inconvenienced her. It was very uncomfortable.

Woman working in customer service @ 4:54PM on Wednesday August 21, 2024, was quite rude! Not very customer friendly at all!
She's the type of person that makes you want to shop elsewhere!

We don't go to this store any more. I just went there the other day and once we got home we realized that one of the items that I had just bought had expired 9 months before. The Service Deli people are rude, surly and unprofessional. We have actually had people at the Customer Service desk get mad and yell at us when they had to do their job.

Okay store til you show up 5 minutes before closing and they already have the doors locked. I get not being a burden on workers but when I'm going in for one item that I'm checking out myself, I don't see the harm in it. Oh well, I'll be going elsewhere as much as possible from now on. They clearly don't need or want the business.

This store has recently been renovated, looks nice, the employees are helpful and the prices are more reasonable than the Big Bird over the hill..

I saw Shop & Save had fresh scallops for sale for 12.99 a pound. For years I've been buying Giant Eagle scallops at 24.95 a pound and they were wonderful. So I went to Shop n Save, bought 2 pounds. 1 lb for tonight and froze one lb for next wee. They were AWFUL! Very bitter. I tried eating them but had to throw them out. Terrible tasting. Never again will I buy from Shop n Save! Now I have a second pound frozen and can't bear to eat them. Wasted money!

Got terminated for calling off only once mean wile I informed management I’m attending my daughters graduation I might be late if it’s to late imma just call off and I did and I get terminated for it meanwhile they where well informed
