My Debit Card information was stolen from the gas pump at this location. I rarely use this card but after using it for gas at this location my debit card had several fraudulent charges. Beware and keep an eye on your accounts.

They prep app orders for pick-up, yet keep them behind the counter and leave the pick-up rack empty.
We ordered the largest fry for a couple adults to share and apparently this location uses half of the container to store all the sauces with an order. That’s pretty screwed up and scammy.

I’ll never eat at this sheets again. All of the overnight employees are children—screaming amongst eachother, gossiping about drama causing them to work slowly & forget add on items people literally pay for. I paid an extra $2 for icing & was never given it once. Another time I ordered a milkshake 20 minutes in advance that said on the app it would be ready in 2 minutes, and ended up never getting it & having to get a refund. The refund wasn’t even sent to my original payment method, it was from the register which means these employees aren’t working the register correctly.

Food area absolutely ridiculous. Constantly putting the food behind the counter instead of putting out on mobile online pickup. Then they completely ignore you no matter how long you stand at the counter for it and don't talk or look at you!!!

On a Thursday night, came in to get a spicy chicken sandwich. Omg!!! So disappointing to say the least! It was hard, very greasy, burnt bun, toppings were minimal and the chicken patty itself was burnt & nasty!!! Disgusting!! Never coming to this location again!!!!!! Always thought Sheetz took pride in their food.... obviously not.

Please get rid of the blasting music in the lot. Along with the obnoxious ads running from the pump it makes the entire place miserable to stop at. I can't imagine what living next to this place is like at night. I wonder if anyone gets to sleep.

I go to use the restroom me and another gentleman and the woman cleaning lady refused to leave, I report it to the manager and he says there's no problem he does the same in the lady's room

On late Saturday night/early Sunday morning the dates of 1/14/2024. I got two fried chicken snack wraps, which I had no problem with. But I also ordered nachos grande, nacho cheese, Extra nacho cheese, jalapeños, salsa and sour cream. I have to say this is the worst nacho grande I’ve ever had here, I payed for extra cheese but did not get any! I got chili, but very little. I literally had maybe 5 jalapeños on it. And I had more sour cream than nacho cheese and also no salsa what so ever!

This is the worst Sheetz I've ever been inside of. It is extremely dirty it always smells horrible and if you order food expect at least a 10-15 minutes wait..
