Pharmacy tech, Brian, was one of the rudest individuals I have ever had the misfortune to interact with. I watched him be extremely rude to the man a head of me and he was only a little less rude to me because i dared to have the audacity to ask him if I could also purchase my vitamins while purchasing my prescription.

Rude pharmacy tech who gets offended when i needed to speak with a pharmacist. Now, after calling back multiple times and not getting a pharmacist they are just not answering my calls. When I called via a different number my call was answered immediately. Just go up the road to Clifton Rite- or to CVS not worth the pettiness.

The pharmacy team has a few great people working and also some very rude, ignorant people working

I miss the Rite Aid pharmacy at South Park Shops. They were so nice! I went there for about 20 years. The guy at the 5100 Library Road pharmacy is so miserable!

I called to ask questions and the girl hung up on me mid conversation. I’m trying to find a certain medicine my doctor recommended…

I went to Rite Aid today since my mom broke her arm to pick up her prescription. The guy who waited on me retrieved her prescription bag, I noticed the lid fell off of the bottle and 5 pills fell out. He proceeds to take out the papers, the lid and the bottle then reached his hand into the bag to pull out the pills that had fallen out. I said please don't touch her pills, she has to put them in her mouth! Why he didn't even think of that I have no clue but they had to throw those 5 pills away and get 5 more. Such a waste when all he had to do was pour them out of the bag into the bottle. I was not happy with this at all and my mom literally said she should have warned me about this guy, he's constantly doing something wrong. This is completely unacceptable especially in the time of Covid! He looks dirty and unkempt, who knows how often he washes his hands.

The pharmacy staff is nice but trying to get through the recording is frustrating, too long. Pharmacy rarely answers the phone. I know they’re busy but hire more people.

The girl who works in the pharmacy with curly hair and glasses is very unpleasant. She constantly asks me to repeat myself but always has an ear bud in, she only says one word at a time, and takes forever.

The store at 5100 Library Road is where I get my prescriptions filled. Most of the time, I'm happy with them, but there have been a couple of times that the clerks were just awful, including one who managed to "lose" my debit card. I called them less than 20 minutes later, but it couldn't be found which reinforced my opinion that the young man took it - he kept the rewards car and debit card separate and I couldn't see what he was doing with it. I drove down the road to the Library PNC and realized that it was gone! The woman I spoke too was somewhat less than helpful, but on subsequent visits I haven't seen him again. Same with the nasty woman with huge boxy black glass frames.

I think Rite Aid must be rebranding or something because this appears to be a much newer store and the exterior looks fantastic and fresh and the interior is (for the most part) clean as a whistle.Maybe we just came in on the right day, but we scored the candle deal of a lifetime - it was a buy one get two free. They were single-wick, 18oz candles for $10 each. We also got set of 32 holiday cards for (I think) over 50% off the original price of almost $20. Mind you, we literally came in on Thanksgiving with BF just around the corner. Also the specials to my knowledge were only for rewards members only. The atmosphere was pretty cute in some end caps and corners as they’re getting ready for the holiday season!

I went in to get a flu shot as it says walk ins excepted on website. The female pharmacist was rude and refused to give us a flu shot! They lost our business that day!
