The only reason they get a one rating is because a 0 isn’t an option! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! If you are thinking about starting a business account DO NOT use this branch . The branch manager is useless. Go to a bigger branch and make sure you can get a REAL branch manager!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Their ATMs are ALWAYS BROKEN or NOT WORKING. Drive thru and the walk up one. My money has gotten stuck several times in the drive thru ATM. Learned my lesson now by just walking in the building to make deposits. Avoid trying to use their machines at all costs.

christine the manager shouldnt even be running the bananna stand from arrested development. much less a full branch. if you go here prepare to be profiled and when you prove your not broke like she thinks. prepare for her to disappear with your card and take pictures of it.

Looks as if someone got fired here about 7 months ago and went on a Google review rant with friends and family. This bank is very convenient for many folks who live in this area. It has it’s busy times but is very convenient which outweighs the wait most times. If it looks too busy and I’m heading north on 88, to 51 via Baptist Rd, or toward SHV, I have three other PNCs to consider. Staff has always been very friendly and patient. Our family takes advantage of several services originated here.

Beverly, Leah, Kay and Ciarra were all very kind today! I walked in a little upset because i had lost my debit card shortly before but the ladies were much help with their positivity and smiles! Thank you Beverly for issuing me a new card on the spot and being so kind!!

christine the branch manager profiles people and is very lacking in knowledge. do not trust her with your card info. she doesnt know how to read abbreviations or look at information in front of her. i will do everything in my power to get her fired. pnc bank corporate offices ia appauled by her actions and directed me to another branch

does the company exist now? i dont want there to be any doubt about who got you fired and is pushing to have your under performing branch shut down. be glad i went this route instead of the alternatives.
