I went to get a debit card. SIMPLE RIGHT. Wrong, first time I went there it was 2 minutes after they close and they shoved me out. 2nd time I went they said they had no bankers that day. Like I know jobs are weird right now but cmon. Then I said when a banker would be available and they said listen just try again another day ? ? ?

My husband and I needed to have an insurance check authorized. After a mess of incorrect information from another branch and the PNC customer service line, we ended up making an appointment at this branch. Oznur Silverstein was very kind and helpful to finally get this done correctly. I would give them higher stars but while we were in the office with her another young man banker opened the door, while she was on the phone, and asked her if she was busy with anything important. He could certainly learn a little professionalism.

Sam was amazing at answering all my questions. She was also super patient with me being new to the banking world. The location isn't the best due to the Starbucks right next to the bank. But my experience was overall awesome once inside the establishment.

The best teller they had just retired. There's usually one teller, a line near to the door, and 4 other employees talking together in some corner office. Theres also only 10 sq. Feet dedicated to tellers in the whole institution.The financial advisor there apparently only deals with people investing 100's of thousands of dollars. I did not realize this was located in Beverly Hills of Bethel. The second star is because they fixed an acct. dispute for me and printed a new card right there.

One of the best and easiest PNC branched to work with around the Burgh. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The branch manager Steven is always here for you on all your needs.

Regardless of what the Google listing says, THERE'S NO DRIVE-THRU! Just wanted to note that, so no one else sits in the Starbucks line like a dork, like me. ??

It's a small branch but centrally located to where my father lives. We had to do some business and the bankers could not be nicer or more helpful. You can do your banking online or on the Moble app. Parking can be tricky as it's ne t door to a Super Cuts and a Starbucks.

The teller service was great. The location was horrible. Why would you ever put a bank branch in the same plaza as a Starbucks! Between their line and trying to park it was a nightmare. Not to mention there isn't any drive thru. This was a bad idea all around

Huge Big corporate bank, the people at this location have always been nice but the bank is usually impossible to deal with. In real estate circles PNC stands for Probably Not going to Close and sure enough they delayed my closing when I bought my home. Need a HELOC? Go to Dollar bank, the process was Easy! PNC not so much and the rate they gave me was laughable.
