“What an absolutely wonderful place. Do not pay attention to the awful reviews. I think these people just expect the world to revolve around them and get upset when they have to realize it doesn't. I had four blood tests and one urine test. I was out in 20 minutes. I read these awful reviews that the place took forever, so you know what I did? I brought school work and a book just in case so I could still get stuff done if needed rather than come on here and complain about having to wait - which just happens in medical places... were these people born yesterday??? I guess bring something to keep busy if the place does end up making a long wait. For me, it was a quick experience and the staff were so kind, helpful, empathetic, and we had some laughs together too. I will definitely be going back here for all my future blood tests. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who drew my blood, if you do happen to see this THANK YOU!!! I'll be seeing you guys when my next labs need done. :)”

“Being able to check in on my phone makes the process easier and more time efficient. Shauna was the person who did my testing. She is newly to this location & she is extremely polite, friendly and you can tell she loves what she is doing.
I forgot my paperwork and she looked it up on the computer, I didn’t have to reschedule my appointment. Highly recommend this location”

I even walked in, without appointment, while they were very busy, and yet I was able to get my tests done and out the door in 20 minutes!
They always go above and beyond in assisting.
If I owned Quest, I would want these professionals working for me.

“Highly recommend this location!!!!I brought my 10 yr old son for bloodwork for the first time ever this morning, and it was an awesome experience. The phlebotomist (can’t remember her name) was absolutely wonderful she explained everything and she was very light hearted and made my very scared son, feel less scared. She joked with my son and made him feel at ease. As soon as I walked in she was very pleasant and friendly, and I knew he was in good hands. I will be coming here for both my children for lab work. If your child needs blood drawn and you don’t want to make the trip to Childrens Hospital, this is the place to go.”
“I scheduled an appointment online and when I arrived checked in via my phone. Unlike the horror stories I'd heard, I was paged for service within 10 minutes!
The phlebotomist was professional and friendly too.”

“appointment made for 10:40 AM the night before for some blood work, got taken back at 10:45 AM, back home on the couch at 11 AM. fastest thing I’ve ever experienced. the phlebotomist i had was VERY skilled. i’ve been told in the past i’m a hard stick and even a previous anaesthesiologist had to go in my wrist to get anything, but this phlebotomist got my AC first try and i felt almost nothing at all. i’m so satisfied with how efficient and speedy they were, and how painless the process was. safe to say they ended my fear of blood work. thank you guys for your hard work! :)”
“The person I always forgot her name she has pink hair. I always loved going down there for her she always was very nice and took my blood easy. But this new person that I met she was very good very nice and no mark on my arm today. Very happy”

“I appreciate Quest. The computer said I had wait time of 2 hours (for a walk in), but they called my name in 15 minutes. Would be better though if the computer's estimate matched real life.”
“Arrived a few minutes after my appointment time and was happy that it did not create a problem. Was called into the lab within 5 minutes even though there were 4 others waiting so it pays to have an appointment. Phlebotomist was skilled and professional! I felt nothing and have no bruising. Results were available to my doctor the next day. You can't get any better than that.”
“It was easy to schedule an appointment. I was able to go to a location near my office. Check-in was a breeze. I was called back exactly at my scheduled appointment time. The phlebotomist did a perfect stick -- didn't feel a thing. Everything was very fast and easy.”
“I scheduled via the app. I showed up early and was taken before my appointment time. The nurse was very nice, reassuring, and found my tiny vein easily. They seem to be fully staffed now, and I hope this improves others' experience moving forward.

“A woman waiting at the sign-in kiosk was distressed b/c she wanted to "unsign-in" and didn't know how. She was trying to get the attention of someone behind the counter. There is no one, as you know, at the desk. Finally, a nurse came in to call another patient, and the question was answered, that there would be no problem for the woman to just leave. She would not be charged for simply signing in. While I'm glad that was resolved, I would not recommend Quest since there is no attendant at the desk.”
