This is hands down the worst Lowes ever. So bad I swore off shopping at Lowes ever again. It is highly mismanaged. The employees are all disgruntled. Over several year of shopping there, I have never had an employee ask to help, but I have had employees ignore me and walk away. I have had employees complain to me about how much they hate their job and want to go home. I have had management literally tell me I was an idiot because they didn't believe me that their contractor left a job unfinished, including a leaking pipe in my basement. They once sold me a damaged appliance then argued with me that I knew about it and that they had given me a discount (which is not true). I have had people tell me over the phone that items were in stock only to arrive at the store and find out that they were not. The store always looks unkempt.
There is a homedepot not far from here, where the workers ALWAYS ask me if I need help, the place is well managed, well stocked, and on the rare occasion that something was not properly done, they have gone out of their way to fix it. Shop at Home Depot! It's worth the extra couple bucks in gas. You will thank me later.

Ordered online tools was ready in less than 5 minutes awesome kudos to Lowe's it worked to get the parts off my car couldn't be more happier

Got surprisingly great deals and staff was super helpful. Especially Shawn. Not only did he help me get everything I needed, he knew exactly what projects I had working on and helped me find everything I needed. Really went above and beyond.

Lowes Bethel Park - Paint Section. Decided it was time to update our exterior paint on the cinderblock of the house, patio and wooden storage shed. Lowes was able to match the once color we took in for a match and was very helpful in talking me through the ins and outs of exterior paint. Quality of the products is good and the DuraMax paint from Valspar (Lowes) was easy to work with and went on well.

It's a Lowe's. Service, if you can actually find help, is typically mediocre at best. Selection is fine.

Refrigerator came damaged and the delivery driver ruined my hardwood floors. They never responded back for the damages to my home nor would replace the refrigerator.

I called this location in Bethel Park 45 minutes ago and they stated that they had 100 bags of mulch in stock. When I arrived 25 minutes ago they said they had none. Any quality store would have offered me a replacement mulch for my 12 bags of black however the manager on shift Mike told me that he could not do that. Home Depot Depot it is. I am cutting up my Lowe’s credit card.

Unresponsive Staff in the Carpet Section at bethel park Lowe’s.
My visit to Lowe’s was a waste of time. I spent 40 minutes waiting in the carpet section without any assistance. Despite asking several employees for help, no one bothered to come over. It’s ridiculous to have such poor service in a big store like this. I won’t be coming back.
