TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Working on a remodel project, had to make some returns due to broken items or items missing pieces. With the receipt in hand I tell the lady I just want to swap the item out (a vanity) with the exact same item because the porcelain was broken in half. What does she do, clearly not listening she credits the card it was purchased on instead. I didn't have that card on me. I told the lady now I have to go all the way back home get that card & come back again. Then basically treated me like a criminal trying to rip them off. I got the manager. He apologized and told me because of the trouble he'd give me 10% off when I came back. An hour or so of wasted time later I make it back. After explaining the 10% off thing their asst manager then treats me like I'm trying to pull a scam on them again. All because they sold me a broken item that I wanted to replace with the exact same item & receipt in hand. I've since tried another Lowe's hoping maybe it was just that store. Nope, separate issue (again) & even worse customer service. Well they may've made sure their customers aren't criminals, but in doing so & making their customer service so difficult to deal with I'll never shop at another Lowe's ever again. Home Depot is a much better store and their service is leaps & bounds ahead of Lowe's.

Ed from Delivery was very helpful. Here is my tale of woe. Our fridge in our garage was on the fritz. I ordered a new one from Lowe's. Apparently I ordered from the Bethel Park store although I swear this was unintentional as I thought I was just ordering from "Lowes" and not a specific store. Ed called me to explain that his store didn't have any stock. He then tried to find another model that would work. Unfortunately, we wanted to stick with the one we had ordered. Ed warned me that it might take a few weeks to get it, but that he would check everyday. A few days later he found there was one in stock for us! He had it delivered the next day.

This store has serious problems with their inventory. It often says it has stuff that it doesn't. Or they tell you in store they don't have an item, but you order it curbside and suddenly it's there. So I decided to get a little mulch curbside so I wouldn't waste my time going and they don't have it. It says they have over 300, but that means nothing here. I waited 30 minutes in curbside. I was thinking they are going to get it so must be why it's taking forever. No they are just doing who knows what. I call and a girl brings me out a piece of paper and I have to go get my little bit of mulch loaded. Ok, wasted a lot of time already and I'm already annoyed but oh well. I go to get the mulch, the boys loading are not waiting anywhere near the loading zone. A few minutes later are walking over literally slower than zombies. Takes them like 15 minutes to figure out they don't actually have the mulch I ordered. I ask if I can get a substitute. He says if I want that I have to go to customer service. I said I wasted enough time already I just won't get the mulch. He doesn't tell me I HAVE to go to customer service because they already said I picked up the item. I go home and find out I can't get a refund online, because it has to be processed as in store return. (This took about an hour for idiots online to tell me) Have to go back to Lowe's. Takes about three minutes. Pretty sure lady at customer service was only competent employee I met today. So wasted about 2 hrs of my life not getting mulch and ten minutes writing this crap.

Misleading signs. Guess what? No rug was on sale. Apparently only items with a yellow sticker are on sale. Not that it says that ANYWHERE. No, you have to lug the rug to the cashier, who then has to call a manager, who then tells you that and just shrugs and says 'sorry'. Way to go, Lowes! These kind of scenarios and frustrations could be a 100% avoided.

Safe yourself the time and frustration and go support a smaller business. I can promise you you'll save yourself hours of frustrationI'll never make a big purchase from Lowe's ever again. It has been nothing but a headache from the beginning. It started with the man in the appliance dept having absolutely no clue what he was even doing and it taking him over an hour to order us our appliances that we had picked out. 6 scheduled deliveries and we still don't have all of our appliances delivered and installed. They were unable to haul away our old appliances due to their truck being broken. They didn't have the tools to take the doors off the old refrigerator to even move it out of my kitchen for me. They never came to install our dishwasher it's just sitting in the box in my dining room. Our fridge came with the door dented, still waiting on a replacement for that. Don't even try to get them on the phone, they will just point you in circles for hours on end. They wanna blame it on their third party delivery and installation companies. Last time I checked I ordered from Lowe's. The third party companies they decide to hire should not be my problem to get a hold of and try to figure out what is going on with my appliances

Please don't try to get them on the phone. You are wasting your time. Also, I went to the store to buy a few items and they did not have one single cashier working. It was all self service. ENOUGH ALREADY with the self help. If you want me to work for you give me a discount. These companies are getting greedier and greedier. And stop with the we can't get help. Pay people what they deserve and you will get plenty of help.

Ordered a dishwasher that was in the warehouse beginning of May. It gets Installed May 15th, which was fast and awesome, however our dishwasher didn't work, so they had to order a new one. Was told it would be in May 27th.
Go to the store the 29th and they confirmed the new one was there, but there was some confusion since it was a replacement. No worries they were sorting it out and should hear from installation in 48 hours. Get a call later that day saying the dishwasher we ordered earlier in the month was discontinued, but they had found one and had our name on it.
Get a call the 30th from a different guy saying he was ordering the one and he found some in the warehouse. I told him 2 people verified it was in the back ready for installation. He said he would order a few extras just in case, but he was going on leave for a week in 10 minutes and everything should be sorted out and installed by the time he gets back.
I called 8 times between June 2nd and June 11th because the work order kept getting lost or no one was putting it in to installation.
Finally, it gets delivered June 11th. It's the lower model dishwasher, $70 cheaper and when I called about it, I was told it was installations problem and not theirs. I called installation, who told me it was the store's mix up and not them since they only schedule the install. Call the store back and asked for a manager. I was told they would call that night. Didn't hear from them at all.
Call the next day and asked for a manager. Was told someone would call me back in 10 minutes. Never heard back. Go in the store and they said they ordered a new one which would arrive on June 16th.
Called the store June 25th and was told it was in the store and that we should have installation contact us in 48 hours.
June 28th I called installation and they said no work order had been submitted and it wasn't in store. I called the store and the associate told me that he didn't actually go back and look when installation called, but "yeah, it's back there." Call installation back, who in turn calls the store to confirm it was in fact in the store. She says 48 hours we will hear from the installer.
Between June 28th and July 26th(today) I called 5 times and was told every time 48 hours. I was actually given an installation date twice in that time frame where I rearranged our schedule to be home in the window. No one showed.
July 26th we get a call to install. They show up and surprise it's still the wrong dishwasher. It's pretty obvious when we ordered a 3 rack and each of these have 2. So lower model both times. I called the store and was met with customer service twice and no one picked up in appliance. Called back and asked to speak to a manager and it rang so long the call just ended.
We have spent a ton of money at this store as a Veteran family and this is the worst experience I have ever had. No one knows what the other is doing or saying, I can't get anyone on the phone to fix the problem and no one seems to care that we are given a cheaper model than what we paid for.
Fix the issue Lowes.

I'd rate this store a 0 if it was an option! They are an absolutely terrible company! No customer service what so ever, 1 cashier all day long by themselves with lines that employees will walk past & ignore. Managers are no help & completely rude .

I wish I could give less than 1 star I was strong armed into ordering a home improvement item from Lowe's because no one else had it in stock come to find out 3 weeks later they canceled my order without contacting me because it was out of stock there as well and they were too incompetent to update their website go anywhere else for your home improvement items @Lowe's Home Improvement

Went today to get some flowers and plants. Some of the selection was picked over but overall a good experience. Registers had plexiglass up and stickers on the ground to help shoppers in line stay six feet apart. Every employee was wearing a mask. Definitely recommend this location.

I ventured out all masked-up to get some annuals for my deck. I'm getting to this earlier than usual and I noticed three things: They have everything, I bought everything, and nothing is on sale yet :). I usually don't get around to a place like Lowe's until late May or June. It was nice being able to choose rather than settle. :) Luckily there was not a line to get in the store. The garden section must be where most people were because it was crowded. Checking out was quick even with a long checkout line, just 10 minutes

Tried calling regarding a question about Lowe's (Bethel Park} add but no one answers the phone. Tried getting customer service / associate but it ring eight times and then goes back to original recording. Did this five times until someone answered. My question was their add reads 'in store only". I asked if they do curbside pickup and they said you have to come in the store. So much for social distancing And trying to support local businesses.

I find that for the most part both Lowe's and Home Depot are what they are. They provide a level of service that is on par with what they charge. If you want cheaper prices, it comes at a cost. The majority of reviewers on Yelp love to complain. Well here is my true complaint about Lowe's and Home Depot. Why are they permitted to be open during the Corona Virus shut downs. They are bringing large numbers of people into their stores. They are selling paint, appliances, and even have kitchen designers meeting with potential customers. However, the independent appliances stores, paint stores, kitchen and bathroom design firms are all shuttered here in PA. How is this fair and more importantly how is this safe.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE. Currently having the worst experience after we purchased a washer and dryer from this Lowes. The washer was supposed to be delivered Tuesday, never called or showed up. I called them and they said they had it in as a pick up and rescheduled for Wednesday. No big deal. Wednesday comes and same thing, no call or deliver. I called again and some guy said they just fired someone and began to complain about how that is affecting him. Great customer service. He reschedule for Saturday -- mind you I have taken two days off work for this already. So it's Saturday and again, same thing! No call, no delivery. I can't even get a hold of someone in the store to cancel the order. I've gotten passed around from department to department with no answer. Calling the main Lowe's line to get my order canceled officially.
