Scheduled an appointment to have them come to my house, so that I can get an estimate on remodeling my kitchen. Provided my address as requested. Come time for the appointment, I get a call saying that they were out front. Go outside and no one is there. Tried explaining that they were on the wrong street. Person got upset claiming it was my fault. I can’t be blamed for someone not knowing how to use gps. They told me to call someone that can find my house. Most unprofessional encounter I have ever had. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful! Tony was helpful in selecting product. He helped us decide what would look good with our counter top. He did not pressure us to make a decision immediately. The workers worked continuously and meticulously and saw to it that at the end of each day everything was cleaned up.

I am so happy that I used Dial Kitchens although I am rather late in reviewing . My work was done in April 2021. The owner was very help in suggesting various options for new cabinets as well as color options etc. The 2 men who installed were very prompt, worked continuously and were extremely professional. I am so happy with the work that was done. The entire process was seamless for me--I have heard horror stories from consumers dealing with larger contractors so I am quite relieved I had such a good experience and feel confident in recommending Kitchens by Dial to friends and colleagues.

Tony's guys do excellent work as far as the cabinets go. He will tell you he has a plumber. He doesn't. He will tell you he has an electrician. He doesn't. He will tell you that the faucet he provides is good. It isn't. If there is a problem after installation is finished he will not call back. When you do get him on the phone he yells. He told us he would leave the kick plates off so that the floor installer could lay the floor. He didn't . When I called him to see if I could purchase extra trim to match the cabinet bases he literally flipped out, screaming like a mad man.

My wife and I are over the top happy with the work that Dial and owner Tony James and his installers did refacing our 33 year old kitchen. Tony has to be the most honest contractor i've ever worked with. It looks beautiful and is worth every penny that we paid. Dial refaced my daughters home approx 2 years ago and we new then that we wanted them to also do our house. if your in the market for any kitchen or bath remodeling don't waste your time pricing with anyone else because you won't find people any better then at Dial and Tony James. Beautiful job.

Was very pleased dealing with Tony and his team. We received multiple compliments already on the job they did and I would recommend Kitchens by Dial to anyone. They completed the job ahead of schedule and I asked for a few small modifications and Tony was able to accommodate without questions.
