In and out of lab work in less than 15 minutes (they took 13 vials!) didn’t feel a thing and no bruising the day after. They were all super kind and compassionate. Would definitely recommend if you need blood work done

Please have more than one phlebotomist in lab services. Front office area gets very crowded. Long wait. Very unnecessary.

Excellent imaging! I’m greeted by the front desk as soon as I walk through the door. I’ve gotten to know the techs there very well and find everyone to be truly excellent at their jobs. Very fast service and friendly people here. I’ve had Ultrasounds and Xrays done here and have been in and out each time. Also can’t say enough about the proficiency of the lab. Always a good experience whenever I’ve had a test!

Wow....today , March 2, I went down to get bloodwork done. 1st...why do they only have 1 person on a Saturday doing blood? 2nd...why do they have that woman working? She is so rude. I guess it is getting close to her lunch because she grabbed the numbers and put them behind the door at 1145am. But no where does it say anything about lunch break. She called the next person and he asked her how she was...she said" how does it look like I am" with attitude. And this will be the person taking my blood. She needs a new job.

Drove an hour to get here because hours said Saturday open till 4:30, they are not even open on Saturday, correct your hours!!!!

I really like to get my lab work and x-rays done here, but the administration is not very friendly and when I called on a saturday, they didn't even answer the phone. Time and again they disappoint me. Hard to recommend the front desk staff, but the techs are fabulous and caring, and sensitive to the patients concerns.

The staff is extremely rude. Especially the receptionist named Jess. No one greeted me with a good morning or even a simple hello. They barked orders without a please or thank you. Just, "go to the third window, or have a seat". An MRI is stressful enough without having to worry about rude healthcare workers. I will go somewhere else for my upcoming MRI. Avoid these rude workers.

Waited a hour to be told they don't take my insurance. Rather than have a greeter they have you just take a number. Another person called at the same time had same situation. Really a waste of time with no signage. Seems like there is probably always a long wait here as they appeared under staffed.
