The absolute worst company I've ever interacted with. Would leave 0 stars if I could. My mortgage company has been trying to pay property tax adjustments to them for the past several months and they won't accept the payment, or will delay accepting until interest increases and then ask you to resubmit payment for the additional amount (thus entering in a useless and endless cycle). Both myself and my mortgage company have attempted to call numerous times and no one answers. Additionally, leaving a voicemail is useless as no one calls you back.
If only the borough handled the property taxes still instead of moving everything over to Jordan Tax...
If possible, I highly recommend steering clear of this terrible organization.

My first time doing my taxes on my own and I made a simple mistake that cost me a few hundred dollars. I called in to ask if it was fixable and if there was anything I could do before the payment went through. They explained what they would need to correct it and walked me through the error I made so I know what not to do next year. I was so nervous to call but I'm glad I did, she was very nice and didn't make me feel bad for trying my best but doing it wrong.

Dreama was absolutely wonderful and super helpful. I'm slight autistic so these things are very difficult for me but she was very deft and helpful with turning in my taxes. This made a very stressful situation for me into a pleasant one. Thanks again!

Hands down the rudest customer service representative I have ever talked to. I called on tax day because they never emailed me confirmation of my submission for local taxes. The rep audibly sighed, and in the rudest tone possible told me it was tax day and asked if I really thought it was reasonable to “bother” them about my refund. I called on tax day to make sure my TAXES were submitted correctly, and he lectured me like a 3 year old who spilled milk. Judging by other reviews, I’m not alone in my experience. Hire someone who doesn’t hate their job and people, please.

They staff there is not very friendly..I would pay my husband's wage tax every year by check but it takes them 4 months to cash it so now I pay cash for everything there bc they are so unreliable with checks..

Their customer service is horrendous! I paid my stormwater bill quarterly via check, but my online JTS account shows my outstanding balance of the full amount. I emailed them with copies of my canceled checks to ensure my account was credited properly. Their response was "You need to pay the outstanding balance." Um, you cashed all my checks, it's been paid? It's like pulling teeth trying to get any explanation for their screw ups and they just keep expecting me to send them more money. How they are still in business is beyond me.

Their website conveniently doesn’t show outstanding balances and if you happen to have one they will charge interest for a year before reminding you that it wasn’t paid in full. And they won’t be the least bit understanding in the process.

I have dealt with this company quite a few times. I see that there are many negative reviews. I have never had any problems with them when dealing with my real estate tax issues. Everybody is very helpful and nice.

Plsce blows.Although my girlfriend paid our taxes over the net which was very convenient I made a point to physically go there and make sure the payment verification number matched the records being it was the first time we had paid via internet. I was greeted quite well with a smile by the few employees there. They did check my credentials out. Verifying my information was quite lengthy but all in all everything checked out and was paid in full. I would refer them yes mainly because they'll get right back to you even searching hard to find your contact information to make sure they return your call as soon as possibke and answer your personal questions to the fullest without sharing anything you'd prefer not given to outside entities.

If you go to one of the offices with no form they are not very helpful in providing one and stepping you through filling it out. Did you know that the admin office is not in Allegheny county? It is in Washinton County. FYI

Very frustrating to work with. This is the second year in a row that I did not receive my original bills. When I did receive a bill and make a payment in the amount that was requested by site to pay in full, I was billed again for another amount that incurred a late fee and interest.They blamed my mailman.

HORRIBLE. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I have never ever missed a payment and recently moved out of the area. A few days ago I received a bill with late fees even though I haven’t received any mail from them in a few months and no longer live at the address being serviced. The representative I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful and would not tell me why I have late fees or a bill for a home I no longer live in and have not lived in for some time, just that I was still expected to pay the total. Total scam company and based on other reviews it seems I am not the only person this has happened to.
